I accidentally left my wallet there. When I return back at first I was told it was not there, then I returned 6 hours later and it was there, however all of my money was gone $350.Please do not patronize this place. There are thieves working there.

My waitress was nice, and the Chef was on point, however they forgot to put the Chilli on my hashbrowns.Love Waffle House, my only gripe is they charge you extra for take out orders, perhaps for the utensils, I'm not sure their reasoning behind this, I'm only assuming that this is why.

Waitress had an extremely rude attitude and acted as if she only wanted to leave. Never took our drink order or offered anything to drink then when she brought the bill she slammed it on table and stormed off. Worst customer service I've ever seen in any waffle

Only ordered Waffles and Hash browns for my Grandson. Waffles was okay. The Hash browns was not. It was enough Hash browns to feed a one year old. Thought maybe someone had eaten out of bowl. Would not let him eat them. $8.40 basically for one Waffle. Buena Vista Rd Columbus GA .?

I understand not being able to open register for cash but to turn away people who are willing to pay with their card is ridiculous. I don’t understand how using a credit card has anything to do with the cash drawer. I forgot Waffle House doesn’t require a high school diploma to work. The young African American girl is proof and she must be being forced to work there because she is so rude and arrogant after it’s her fault that your order is messed up.
