The chef tonight did great food was good, but that waitress (starr) we had was a whole different story it was nothing but attitude from the time we walked in too the time we walked out, took forever to take our order, lucky the chef was good at his job and got us our food quickly, but we had to ask for silverware and she just us plastic forks and that was all (this is during a dine in) then we sat there the entire time eating with empty drinks, never once came to check up on us or asking if we needed anything, nada, I think this was one of the worst waffle house experiences I've ever had, and I don't know if I'm willing to go back to this location because of it.

I went there to eat dinner with my brother, and I have never had such terrible service. When I arrived there was no other other customers there, and the waitress acted like I was inconveniencing her by being there. The food was good, but the service was god awful. I had to ask the waitress for silverware to be able to eat my food, she grabbed regular silverware and then looked at me and said actually here you go and gave me plastic to go silverware. I could not get her attention at all throughout the meal to try and get a refill on my drink. At the end of the meal my brother tried to place a to go order for his wife and she told him he could wait because another person just walked in the door. After almost 15 minutes she finally came back and took the to go order. She asked if we wanted any refills on our drinks and I said please, she walked away and never brought our refills. When she came back to our table she said that the to go order is done and she is waiting for us at the counter so we can leave.

The waitress left my bill before I got my food. She dropped my food off and didn't check on me. Items were left off, and I was charged for them. I recommend a different location. I left my 2 cent with her. I don't intend on returning.
