Nasty. We just got off the road after a 12 hour drive. We were both hungry but as soon as we walked in every table was dirty. No one was there except for one carry out order and the waitress was just lounging around. If she could sit she could clean. Obviously there is no accountability here. We turned around and left quickly.

Food was cooked terribly!The atmosphere was uncomfortable!Cooks were out of place and not focused!Waffle was hard and burned.Eggs were not cooked all the way, still wet slimey. Steak was stale. It was not clean and unorganized. This was the worse Waffle House I ever been to in Columbus, Georgia. I will not be eating here ever again!

I froze my tail off. I had long pants long shirt heavy jacket on and was freezing because they refused to turn the heaters on on all the waffle houses in North Columbus2 Days later Peggy the waitress asked me a disabled vet to give up my table because a lady walked in and she wanted her to have the table even though I had waited for it for 15 minutes and the lady just walked in. When I said no she waited on the lady first totally ignored me for 15 minutes and ordered the ladies food while ignoring me. She apparently doesn't like males or disrespects veterans. I had to get another waitress to come wait on me after she ignored me for 15 minutes. Then Peggy told the cook not to cook my order. I spoke with the manager and recommend he fire her or write her up for her insolence and obnoxious attitude toward a customer she didn't even know. I called her supervisor I recommend she write her up and fire her immediately for her despicable behavior toward a good customer. If you eat here I recommend you don't let Peggy wait on you so you don't have to suffer the indignities and uncalled for rude treatment you will have to endure with her.

I came in after my shift and wanted to grab some food to-go but when I came home and checked my food, the eggs werent fully cooked and it had egg shells in it. Also I wanted grits but they were also not fully cooked, it was watery and had a weird texture/taste. Other than that it was alright, I’m not a picky person and I was very hungry so I still ate it bc I know they were busy so I’m not upset. Great service though!
