I had a Fiesta omelet, raisin toast, sausage, grits and coffee. The food was delicious. Omelet cooked to perfection, not runny, cheese melted, just enough jalapeños to be enjoyed to eat. Grits, smooth not creamy nor were they a clump seasoned just right. Sausage not overly cooked, very good flavor. Raisin toast toasted medium not hard, just enough butter. Coffee smooth not bitter great flavor. Our hostess, Sapphire, was very courteous, polite and professional. Made us feel at home, not a stranger here.

I had ordered my food online because I know they were going to be busy on the inside but I had only ordered one sandwich an easy sandwich and they completely messed up my order! My whole order was messed up, it was no where near what I ordered. I tried to see if I messed up on my end with ordering but I didn’t and it was all their fault. I will be contacting corporate for my money back because I live too far to go back and forth when the should be paying attention to tickets. I always eat at this specific Waffle House but now I will not because I am tired of my order being wrong all the time!

We've been to several waffle houses and this is the best one yet, and we've been to several over the years, the waffles were so light & fluffy and taste like grand mothers cooking but not only the waffle,all of their food was great, and the employees are awesome on the day shift around 12:30-1:00p.m. They had their inspection sheet hanging and it said, 100A+ and it shows.

We have traditionally gone to this Waffle House after school choir concerts, but unfortunately the service and food quality have continued to decline over time. During our most recent visit, we were asked to wait 20 minutes while the grill was being cleaned. After waiting, our order was taken, but it took an additional 20 minutes for the food to arrive. When the food did come out, the grits were inedible—full of hard lumps, including one flat, hard piece that stayed solid when picked up. When this was brought to the waitress’s attention, we were told they couldn’t make more and that there was nothing that could be done, other than ordering hash browns instead. We declined the food on our plates and sent it back, allowing the kids to eat their waffles. Even the kids, who usually love coming here after concerts, said they were extremely disappointed. We previously stopped going to the Bradley Park location due to cleanliness and food quality issues and switched to this Veterans Park location, but sadly we’ve seen a similar gradual decline over the past three years. It’s disappointing to see this happen to what used to be one of our favorite traditions, and we likely won’t continue eating at Waffle House in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Waffle House this afternoon. The restaurant was not crowded at all, yet all of the unused tables were dirty. I stood there for over five minutes and was never greeted or asked what I wanted.
As I started to walk out, the waitress who was in the middle of a long conversation with another customer finally acknowledged me and said she would clean a table. At that point, I was good. If it takes a customer walking out for someone to notice them or realize the tables need to be cleaned, that says a lot.
I used to eat at this Waffle House all the time, but it is clear the management has changed. The building is filthy, and the staff needs serious customer service training. I will not be returning.

My family has been to this location so many times, but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, they have decided to close the dine in area after 11P. My husband and I walked up to come in and eat after an hockey game, and the lady shut the door in our face and locked it. RUDE MUCH?! DO BETTER! While I understand, the safety of that decision, you have the other location on Bradley Park Dr. who has their location OPEN. So we will continue to go to the Bradley Park location. Closing your dine-in area to the public to decent people, will eventually slow your business down and you will end up closing! Do better!!!
