My family has been to this location so many times, but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, they have decided to close the dine in area after 11P. My husband and I walked up to come in and eat after an hockey game, and the lady shut the door in our face and locked it. RUDE MUCH?! DO BETTER! While I understand, the safety of that decision, you have the other location on Bradley Park Dr. who has their location OPEN. So we will continue to go to the Bradley Park location. Closing your dine-in area to the public to decent people, will eventually slow your business down and you will end up closing! Do better!!!

Waffle House was busy when we went, and they did mess up our order at first- but the staff made up for it with really great service and a friendly attitude. They fixed everything quickly and were super kind about it. The food was good, classic Waffle House quality. It’s not life-changing, but hits the spot. Overall, a good experience thanks to the people working there!

Man! I like this place. Very friendly service. I had the cheesesteak melt plate for the first time with the Waffle House sauce. It was lit! Everybody working there was grooving and dancing with the music. They get along and work together well. Give them all raises!
For the last 2 years, every time I try to give this location another chance they keep proving me right. Pick up what I'm putting down🧐 Most of the crews... it depends what you are... in order to get minimal level service. My last visit was the final straw. I sat at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without any acknowledgment... then when I asked if anyone was working my side of the counter, they couldn't decide who. They'll never get another dime from me.
