I recently had the pleasure of dining at Waffle House on North Veterans Parkway in Columbus, GA, and I must say, Jalen, our server, made the experience truly exceptional. From the moment we sat down, his infectious humor had us laughing non-stop throughout our meal. Not only did he provide top-notch service, but he also went above and beyond by surprising my daughter with a Waffle House hat, which she absolutely loved! Jalen's warmth, humor, and attention to detail truly made our visit memorable. I highly recommend Waffle House on North Veterans Parkway and specifically request Jalen for a delightful dining experience. Five stars all the way!

Had Breakfast with my Son and Friend here at the Veterans Pkwy Location today.We were seated immediately.Our Waitress Kylie was amazing.I have never seen such a friendly, welcoming and sincere Lady like her.The Food was perfectly cooked,it was a great Easter Breakfast.I love Waffle House,simple Food prepared so delicious is just the best!

Service is horrible . There was 7 people working 2 customers in the whole place and still couldn’t get waited on. I will never go back. It was the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. They suck

Food was good, service was excellent but the restaurant was ice cold! We tried to sit by the window but quickly moved. Everyone who came in after did the same. I’m sure the video would be comical how everyone turned! Another negative was when a well crocked gentleman came in and started making comments. While somewhat loud he never cussed or said anything inappropriate. Unfortunately the manager on duty, Lacey, took offense and after he left made numerous offensive comments which were neither appropriate or called for. Her behavior was totally inappropriate for an employee, much less a member of management. She was louder than the drunken gentleman.
These people are the worst they will literally charge you for things and not give them to you… they are never available to address their order mistakes … this is the 3rd time they’ve mess up my order and they never even sneer the phone for customers … you have to drive back to the store just to be snarled at … they won’t re fix the order they will just add what they messed up… its ghetto and Im not one to complain but 3 times in a month and no customer service but stealing customers money by charging for items but failing to add them is Terrible… BE ADVISED !!! they will ration your portions if you order more of the same thing instead of fixing it they would a individual order… ordered 3 chicken bowls added Jalapeño and eggs … they added no eggs and the chicken looks like they only cooked 2 breast and spread it over 3 bowls and I ordered online so somebody just can’t read or doesn’t care to steal peoples money

My son and I had the best breakfast. Our food was hot and tasty. Coffee arrived on the spot. The staff was amazing! Great customer service by the entire crew.
I ordered the two egg breakfast for pick via online ordering. When I arrived home I see i had a one egg breakfast. Seriously.The person who handed me my order was pleasant.I went online to see if I could resolve this via the website. In the Contact us section I'm instructed to contact the store directly. Upon calling the store I am met with a repeated recording advising me to visit the website to place an order.There is nothing GREAT about waffle house so the highest rating would start at 4, for me. Missing part of my order loses a star. Not having any form of customer service available to remedy the concern is another loss of star.My toast was not toast. It was simply bread and butter.
