Seemed like a simple enough task, one that should take 10 mins max. I had previously purchased an item that Wife didn't approve of and she asked me to return. Waited in line, not long one mind you, in front of service dept desk for about 15 mins while it seemed that young woman was discussing everything but business with customers and fellow employees. When I finally reached that very clerk she was quick and courteous and therefore I am giving a 3 instead of a 2. The next time I will go to other locations or allot more time.

It would be nice if they offered alkaline water. One issue that I have is that no one is ever available to serve as a cashier. Although I see several workers standing around. The self check-out aisles were the only "cash out " options available.

New, clean, and nice staff. This Wal-Mart makes me feel at home. The staff is very nice and know their store very well. It's very clean and pretty on the inside and out. The parking lot is very clean. This Wal-Mary is my go to.
