I ordered two of the Biggie Bags with Coke and unsweet tea. I was given the wrong drinks. I asked what they were and repeated what I asked for. I was then told they dont have unsweet tea. The young lady with the pink hair was extremely rude about the entire situation. I eat here often and have never encountered this problem nor the attitude. It has spoiled my taste for this particular Wendy's. The food was good. The attitude not so good.

I ask for my fries to be fresh cashier proceeded to say they're cooked to order. I sat and watch them give me fries that was sitting there when I came never did anyone drop fresh fries while I'm stoop there waiting on my food this second maybe third time this has happen. My nuggets was hard and cold I haven't even ate the burger yet scared of what it may taste like .

This isn't the first time I've been to this Wendy's and had a negative experience. One time I waited 45 minutes for my food in the drive-thru. Another time they got my order completely wrong. Today I went through the drive-thru with my dog in my backseat and the lady had a disgusted look on her face and refused to take my card for payment until I closed all the windows. Then when she took my card she looked like she was about to cuss up a storm but was holding her tongue. The people here are SO rude and unprofessional and always have attitudes. Won't be coming back.

My youngest son is loving the JBC special right now. They have good baked potatoes and chili. Service is great. Food is right. Love that they bag each order in a separate bag.

This is my second time eating at this Wendy’s on Wynton rd. The first time I had a piece of hair in my breakfast burrito now hair in my sandwich. They need to wear hair nets and wash their hands. Seeing hair in your food is so disgusting. Then the season potatoes were cold and biscuit was hard. The sandwich was just thrown together. Very sloppy.
I purchased a Dave's single combo I got home I had a burger, with only meat a pickle and mayo and ketchup. NO LETTUS or TOMATOES I called to ask why I paid over $10.00 for a meal and the reply was our truck of lettus didn't come in and if you come back we'll add a slice of tomato. So I'm suppose to burn gas for a SLICE OF TOMATO. I think not ......check your bag before you leave but I won't be going back to the Wynnton road location

First off let me start off by saying that the service is very poor I walked in and the girl asked me that I want something it's like she had an attitude I didn't want to take my order didn't give me a receipt after I place my order you didn't ask if I need anything else didn't give me any condiments that I asked for another customer noticed it I will not come back to this Wendy's ever. Not to mention the food wasn't even hot

Friday afternoon I drove up to drive thru and was told to wait, I waited for 10 mins as other cars came behind me and proceeded to drive off. The cashier never came back to the acknowledge I was there. As I drove off there was only one suv at the window. I was highly disappointed, I am a local but I hate it if I was from out of town and had that experience.

Awesome crew delivered great experience with fast and prompt service food was hot and best place to go late night for a bite to eat most importantly they're on point and quick I have nothing to say bad about the Wendy's on Wynnton road I'm sure the ratings are going to go up pretty sure they got rid of the problem and it's only going to go up from here they get a lot of orders late at night but they're pretty fast and precise but I'm sure they get a lot of negative customers y'all need to give them a break you'll have no idea how many orders they get late at night just a minute ago I was in the road so y'all be appreciative and show a little kindness y'all have no idea how hard they work and I know from experience working in fast food y'all don't play about y'all's food and sometimes a lot of times in Columbus Georgia folks be so rude!!
