Last night, I had ordered a pick up order. I ordered 3 Jr.Bacon cheeseburgers, the biggie bag meal. It was a large for all 3. One of them was supposed to be a Fanta. They gave me and my friends 2 pineapple mangoes and strawberry lemonade. Not the Fanta. They also gave us 2 fries, not 3 large fries. This place has a “Dont care” system apparently if you order online. I will definitely be telling corporate. I recommend ordering/dashing from the Wendy’s on Whittlesey. They are perfect! And get your order correct. I said what I said. And to whoever packed my order. Do better or dont do anything at all. LOL. BYEEE!!!

If there was ever a Wendy's that should be shut down, this is the one! The workers always have the worst attitudes. I swore I'd never go here again, but after a 15 hour work day it was on my way home, and I took a chance. I should've picked up a dead animal on the side of the road instead. The people in the kitchen making the food have got to be illiterate because the food is NEVER correct, tonight was no exception. Last time I went two employees were literally about to have a physical altercation behind the counter and there was zero attempt by a manager to stop it. I'm sure ownership doesn't care anymore than the employees, but hopefully this review will save some people from a terrible fast food experience.

I ate here last night and I got food poisoning. I have been up all night throwing up, super sick. They need to be more careful. I realized my food got to me unusually fast and now I’m having to be hospitalized.

I don't know y'all had in the kitchen cooking. But you don't serve cold food also you don't mess up on an order. My food was nasty it was cold chicken nuggets and fries sandwich was missing cheese and it cost too much not to get what you paid for. Y'all need to better. I'll be going back to the one in Alabama.

I stop today in Columbus Store on Wynnton Rd the food was cold, The fried was cold.
One dollar for any size drink is a great bargain. Hope they keep that deal permanently. We had the Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe, also a great price and quite tasty if you're wanting a smaller version of their big sandwiches. Comes with lettuce and tomato, it was delicious and hit the spot.

Ordered delivery thru there app it was delivered with the drink shake machine was down no call no nothing but i was charged for it, and the sandwich came with no cheese or tomato its the krabby patty meal, and all im told his u can get a full refund threw the app and the app doesnt have a option to reach a customer support u have to call monday thru Friday in between 8 and 5, ive payed for my meal and delivery plus a tip and i got a plain ass burger frys n a drink,
