I originally reviewed this restaurant 5 yrs ago and gave 5 Stars across the board. No matter what time I went am or pm they were great. Fast forward 12/24 thru 02/25, the last 3 times I went the food was barely edible. During my last visit part of my food order included a plain baked potato with butter. It was burnt. Outside and on the inside a big chunk of potato spud was scooped out displaying half burnt skin. The potato was cut in half which indicates the server that boxed it was aware that it was burnt. I could not reach them by phone and put it in my freezer until I can return it for a potato that’s not burnt or cash refund. I had my receipt. I returned during the day. I was told there was no manager there to give me a cash refund or food replacement even though I have the food and my receipt.

Would not recommend going here… I waited 35mins+ on my food to be freshly cooked. The bread was hard, the meat was dry, and the fries were hard and to top that the sandwiches were not even made correctly!!! The person taking the order on the front counter told the manager out loud, “do not put me back on front counter EVER!!!” The environment was horrible and the service was terrible…..… 0/10 stars…

It was after dine in hours, and we were 19 Bus drivers in one bus. tired and hungry, and they let us come in and order. Thank you. The food was delicious, got our orders right and just made our day. THANK YOU AGAIN.

This used to be a good Wendy’s. Service and food is awful. Check your sauces before you eat them because some are cut open and unsafe better yet just don’t eat here.

Food cold, somehow food was doubled in price, was given no receipt, the online app wasn’t working to check price of meal either. Better off closing this franchise down.
Price was incorrect on board for large chili. Employees are not empowered to make things right. Dining area—tables appeared clean, although my shoes were sticking to floor. Only one trash can, but it was not near the exit door. Drink machine was out of order. Asked for light ice. By the time I scooped out most of the ice out of my cup, I was left with a fourth of a drink. Very slow service although there were lots of employees—some were dancing. Fries tasted old, like drive thru fries. Chili seemed to have no meat, but lots and lots of beans.

This place is horrible first off they don’t follow the orders their people in there don’t pay attention they acting ghetto and talking without even paying attention to what they put in the bag and the burgers come out burnt or they don’t even taste like a burger the burger don’t even be what you put on the burger they give you the wrong size drink the wrong sauce they don’t even listen like horrible service, horrible food, and horrible every thing. I am not coming back.

Why is it no matter when go to Wendy’s the manager has an attitude. Brushes you off and don’t have good manners at all.And by all means don’t ask for anything extra to go with food you can see the expression on her face to be rude. I went through the drive thru this morning. I was given the wrong order. The seasoned potatoes were not well done. As I was checking my bag to be sure everything was there I gave the manager the grape jelly back. She took it from me and literally threw back in bin I assuming, not sure where she threw it to. I don’t believe in wasting food or my money. I ordered a #1. However, I was given a chicken biscuit. I tried calling and the phone doesn’t work.And I hate saying this because I grew up on the south side. It my word to never purchase fast food on the south side with exception of Krystal and McDonald’s because you’re going to regret it. No one seems to take pride in their job. It always seems that they’re angry at the world because they have to work. And again this every time whether the drive thru or dining in.
