This Wendy's on victory drive is the most nastiest restaurant in Columbus check out the photos they speak for themselves the employees have to use this bathroom and then cook customers food afterwards and if you see the photos you can imagine what the smell was like 😲 definitely don't even deserve one star do not eat here!!!!!! Also it's upsetting because the handicap bathroom rail was absolutely disgusting for anyone who actually needed to hold on to it to use the bathroom there was no way!!!! 😔 Mr Dave would be turning in his grave right now if he saw how his restaurants were being ran these days

Worse customer service ever they close at 1 we were gonna park the cashier from the window just stares at us and she doesnt indicate to us they are close . We walk in and the cooks see us and ignore us then she gets behind the cash reg and says yal can order but can’t eat here because im cleaning i said oh we can’t she rolls her eyes and says no im cleaning. We just left. And can’t believe Wendys was represented by this rude lady. Pls do better

I recently visited Wendy's and what I received was absolutely appalling. I’ve reached out to Wendy’s at the HR and Customer service level but I’ve yet to receive a response. The sandwich looked like it was made weeks ago, with a cold, stale bun and a chicken patty that was more reminiscent of a science experiment than food. To top it off, I found old French fries stuffed into the sandwich—seriously, who thought that was a good idea?
The whole meal felt like a gamble on my health, and it was completely inedible. If you want fast food that doesn’t leave you questioning your life choices, do yourself a favor and skip this location.
Wendy's, you need to step up your game because this was disgraceful and disgusting.
