Ordered a baconator combo and a biggie bag.Got home the fries tasted like ass they were cold! My burger was a single burger that was dry and burnt with one piece of cheese and one piece of bacon. The biggie bag was supposed to have double stack bacon burger with 4 piece , wasn't a double stack and had 3 nugget.The buns were also hard Won't go back to this Wendys!

Never use to have any issues at this location, but lately my food quality is not great and the customer service at the window is poor. Today I ordered a chilli cheese fry on my 30 min break. Paid and realized I was charged $20 when my order was just $6. Was given a refund then left, came back because my order was 7 fries covered in just cheese. And even when I went back to get it corrected I was given an ordered completely orange with cheese just had chilli liquid in it. Couldn’t even eat on my break.

Stopped in at 5:30 today and was the only person in the dining room and they had 3 cars in the drive through. Stood at the front counter for several minutes and no one offered to take my order. One worker was yelling to another worker that she should've just locked the doors while looking at me. Then she was yelling that it would be at least 30 minutes for food. I left and went to McDonald's. What a disappointment. Hire better people.

Do NOT come here unless u want a RAW chicken sandwhich. came through drive thru did a mobile order and got a spicy chicken sandwich. When I took the first bite it was stringy and pulled the whole patty off the bun. Went inside got a new one waited 20 minutes for a FRESH one. Got back to the car took a bite and the entire center of the chicken was RAW. This is unacceptable and disgusting. Need some new cooks.

I went to the on Bradley Park drive to get a large Dr pepper and the guy that worked there was so so nice .. he had dreads and he was black . I would go back there any time!
Drive through workers wer extremely rude and unprofessional and disrespectful. They have no manners. Terrible customer service and missing items. Work on getting better employees

I purchased a chicken sandwich for my son at Wendy’s, and to my horror, as he was eating he opened the sandwich and found a baby roach inside the sandwich on the bun. I was completely disgusted and disturbed—I even threw up thinking about the fries I had eaten from the same order.
I drove back to speak with the manager, and they admitted they were already aware of the roach problem. They said exterminators had come, she apologized, and took my information to give to their general manager The fact that they are aware of this issue yet still serve food to customers is beyond my imagination.
This is completely unacceptable, and it shows a lack of regard for food safety and customer health. Something needs to change immediately to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This restaurant needs ti be shut down before someone get really sick and handle their business.
