food was bland at best..th3 frosty was good. but burger fries and baked potato not very good at all. it seems like they changed the meat..its awful now...

It didn't seem like the employee was having a great day because her tone of voice was not pleasant. She was actually a very concise and fast worker who ensured everything was 100% within the orders. My food was hot and fresh, and not a single sauce or component was missing. Overall, I like this Wendy's.

Said for dine in and they put it in a bag to go the cashier didn't want to give customers cups for drinks order a large size fries got charged for the large size fries but got a medium .

I ordered doordash EVERYTHING in the bag is stale!! Fries hard and stale nuggets HARD AS ROCK couldn’t even eat my food! Instead of extra ketchup I have a glob of myo on my burger. The wthelly are you all doing??

Sat at the register for 10 minutes while the employees clearly saw me standing there needing to order. Then they made my food incorrect and I sent it back and it was still wrong and they kept getting irritated although they kept getting it wrong. Will not be eating here again or any Wendy’s ever again. It’s not the first time they’ve done this. It’s always something everytime I go so therefore I will not be spending anymore more money there. They’re service sucks, employees are so rude when I’m always polite, and they no type of customer service training whatsoever

Places sucks, sent my gf in to grab some quick food and they acted like they couldn’t get anything right, cheese still on the burger after askin ( and receiving ) 2 different burgers, I suggest yall either fire everyone that works there or better yet just shut the place down their never able to get anything right

Waited at the counter for someone to take our order while management and the cashiers had a long discussion in the office. No one ever came to take our order.

I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger meal with a coke. I was given a bag with two burgers at the window, no drink. I said I ordered my meal with a coke, oh and she grabbed what was on the counter. I get home...it's a Dr Pepper, really how hard was that order?!?

Extremely disappointing experience. My order was given to someone else, and the staff was clearly overwhelmed and way behind on orders. What made it worse was the lack of basic food safety—both the front counter cashier and the drive-thru cashier were going back and forth between handling money and food without wearing gloves. That’s a serious hygiene issue. On top of that, the fries were burnt and overcooked. I expect better standards, especially from a national chain like Wendy’s.

Stay Focused

Just wanted a snack. I ordered fries and a cookie. I went through drive thru. I was greeted with a smile. He asked me did I need ketchup, thanked me for coming and wished me a great day. Fries were okay, but I wanted to acknowledge the great customer service the gentleman gave me.

This place has some of the worse staff I have seen. Can’t get and order right to save their life. Older lady in the front couldn’t give less of a crap if she tried. Watched them fumble around with two order and still get them wrong after being told 3 times
