Drive-thru sign says “ Big bacon classic” $6.69 sandwich only - pic is a single burger. I notice I’m charged $7.89, ask cashier. He says idk, have to ask manager. Manager comes to window and says “ We Automatically order a double, see Receipt says double and you have a double burger in your bag”. It’s annoying to be upcharged/sold without request or permission, but I was going to move on with it, it’s $1.20 more, not worth the fuss. But then I left, pulled out sandwich - this double sandwich I didn’t even ask for is cold af. I speculate double is all they had left premade - I came over an hour before closing though, there was plenty of time to make a fresh burger.

God’s Favorite

The kitchen was full of kids. I ordered a large fry and burger. The fries was half way full and they were cold. This has been the norm lately..I guess I have to stop going to this location. The environment was not friendly at all.

Staff is unfriendly and messed up my order twice. I ended up paying more than I otherwise would've if they got it right the first time. Just go to the Wendy's on Whittlesey -- its MUCH better.

Drive thru is great. Food is always good. Store is clean and smells great. Just don't go into lobby EVER. They will look at you and ignore you. Has happened to me four times. Every time I go to pick up a doordash I will arrive knowing the little girls that work there will be rude. Then eventually after ignoring you for a while someone will roll their eyes and walk up to you. When I come through as a regular customer in drive thru everything is fine.

Service is AWFUL!!! I will no longer be giving my business to them. They’re always so rude when taking my order, getting my money, and handing me my food. They always look so miserable and they never greet you with a smile on their face. On top of that, their frosty machine is “ALWAYS” down. Majority of the time too lazy to make it. They need to find better staff. Fake it until you make it. I can’t stand rude people.

Went to get dinner for my wife and me. Walked in and the place had a bad smell, like spoiled meat... Walked up to the counter and saw five employees standing on their phones, looking at us. A few minutes went by and the young girl said what do you want, I asked for the Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger, and was told they don't have it anymore. I said okay just a minute. Then a young boy came in the store and this girl hands him two drink cups and he went and filled two cups with soda and leaves the store. I told the girl, never mind and we left... Not going back there again.

Stopped in for lunch today and the entire staff was loudly joking and cutting up among themselves. I finally had to interrupt the side show and ask if they could take my order. Very unprofessional. Definitely the manager was off today. I expect this to be another vacant restaurant before too long.
