Got a breakfast sandwich, wasn't bad. Nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about. First time ever eating Wendy's breakfast. I will say it was very affordable.
This location is always busy. Every time I’m either left with no condiments or utensils. There is always something wrong with payment options.
Honestly, the location is great. I do feel that the staff could utilize prompt customer service training, as there is great potential. The food is fresh when the service is available. Staff is typically on their phones or having conversations that distract them from service.

Employee that answered the drive thru needs to seem more like they like their job or please don't put them on the front line if you are looking for a pleasant experience for your customers
