The food, service and people in there are nice. However, the entrance is sad and the bathrooms are filthy.

This restaurant is super good . Even when you walk in the servers are very polite and they are also very nice. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, they even have live music some nights. whether it’s a casual meal or a special night out. The food is incredible, always fresh, and flavorfull. The service is just as impressive servers are attentive, polite, and always make sure you have everything you need without ever feeling rushed. give great recommendations.

Very good restaurant food is always great here. Nice set up. Open concept with a big bar and a small stage in the corner for live music. Wings and ranch are always great staff and servers always friendly.

Was Dirty. We had a party reserved for 150 people and they were not prepared. All of the outside furniture was DIRTY, like seriously Dirty, We had to get rags to clean furniture and tables ourselves as thete were only 4 staff, that I saw on duty. Waitress said she'd get rags and give them to us, she wiped down 1 table, left it wet and did no chairs for us, extremely dirty with dirt, bird shyxt, cobwebs, just disgusting. She took orders and something as simple as water, ordered initially, we never recieved. I sat at the bar and immediately smelled something like dirty rags, dirty mop water also the bar was a mess, spilled drinks, stank, glasses, recipe papers, just completely untidy and was not a comfortable experience, Your bar should always be kept clean! Not to mention, I sat there for 20 min waiting as she overlooked me many times and served others, she finally took my order, THEN proceeded to serve someone else, cash out tickets, put glasses away as well as step away from the bar for several minutes AND THEN, she proceeded to make and serve me my drink. I understand it was busy, they had a few other tables to serve other than our military party but, they were obviously understaffed and the 4 workers, I saw weren't diligent enough to handle the circumstances. It took me 30 min to get a drink so We dared not order food, which I will say was overpriced anyway. We left as soon as the hail and farewell was done. This was my first time ever there and I'll never return. Having to chase down workers for rags due to insufficient cleanliness then to actually HAVE to clean myself, the stench of the bar and overall uncleanliness of the entire establishment; why would we trust the overpriced food?
This place used to be good. Wings are dry and tiny. Loaded tots were over-done. Food took forever and it wasn't even busy. Food couldn't even come out together for four people. Bathroom was gross. Boogers everywhere. This is the same for two visits now.

A group of us went there Saturday. Mary was our server. She was awesome! She took amazing care of us. She checked in. She brought refills. She solved problems we didn't know we had. Mary is a treasure! She made our lunch a delightful experience. Oh, the burger was good, too.

The server was nice enough but the food was horrible...could tell it was just reheated, precooked wings in greasy sauce....and everything from the tables, menus, windows, cups to the bathrooms were dirty. Would not recommend under the current management. They obviously dont care.

If not giving a star was an option I would definitely pick it. Wild Wing Cafe should be closed down, the new owner has not improved anything. Went tonight to try to give it a shot. Waited so long that once I told the server we were going to leave our food magically appeared. It was so bad a couple at another table left with a full beer still sitting there. There is one OG server still there that is amazing but everything else from cleanliness, service, management engagement and wait times without acknowledging totally sucks.

Wild Wings use to be my go to spot on a Friday night. The band would be rocking and Miami & Nel kept my glass full. The owner made sure to show face & speak. The staff was friendly and engaging. It was always a good time! But now? Oh just forget about it! Came to my “ol faithful” this past Friday night and had the worst experience ever. Terrible service, terrible drinks, terrible attitude! Waited forever just to be greeted. Gave my drink order and it took forever to even get it. Guessing she forgot it , I reminded her and her entire demeanor was rude and nasty. She wasn’t welcoming or inviting. She didn’t smile. She wasn’t attentive. And she was training! That was the cherry on top. If this is the type of service you all are teaching new employees, then hate to say it, but I don’t think I’ll be back any time soon , if at all. Moral of the story, Wild Wings Glory days may be over. But if you do choose to go, and the bartender with two toned hair is there, just turn around and go to Twin Peaks.

The floor is nasty. I used to go regularly but the patrons have changed. 3 years ago this was a great place. Had some of the best bartending in town. Hopefully the new owner can turn it around.

My wife and i and kids went for lunch today. Took a hour for a food to come out with 1 other person there. My sons burger was like a hocky puck. Tots like burt and hard as a rock. Chicken like rubber on the chicken sandwitch. Bathrooms absolutely disgusting. Mary our watress was great. Its just sad that bucccies bathrooms are cleaner and food is better and there a gas station. But Mary needs a raise.

Summary: disgusting, poor service, not worth the money, never coming back.
This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in Columbus. I came as a party of four- they had plenty of seating available (bar, booth and table). We waited to be sat by the door for a few minutes- which is fine if you’re busy, but the restaurant was practically empty. Once we were sat, three of us placed our drink order (the fourth of our party was late)…. it took about ten minutes to get a water and two soft drinks. We ordered the buffalo dip as an appetizer. The bowl wasn’t nearly full and the edges were burnt. I personally thought it just tasted like Franks, but my friends thought it was okay. Knowing our friend may not be there for a while, we went ahead and placed our food order for the three of us. We asked the waitress (Crystal) to put it in, and told her we’ll put in our fourths food when he gets here. We barely saw our waitress the whole time. Once our fourth showed up, we had to flag our waitress down to place his order. After about an hour of waiting for the original ticket and hardly seeing our waitress, we got tired. I got up to ask the bartender if it was possible to close our tabs for the drinks and appetizer, she said yes and went to look for our waitress. Two minutes later, she had our food ready (3 out of 4). We explained to her we just asked to be closed out. She said “No, she can’t close you out. We were waiting on your chicken” (referring to my partners food). I didn’t feel like dealing with her attitude, so we ate. Two of our dishes were under a heat lamp, they were dry and room temperature. The chicken we were apparently waiting on was hot, dry and rubbery. About 5 minutes later our fourths food came out. I think she either forgot the ticket or put everything in at once. Not sure how she could’ve forgotten our ticket though since we were her only table. Also had to flag her down to get the check. She didn’t once check on us on her own. Her attitude was terrible from the start.
Not worth the money.
We would’ve had a better experience at McDonalds.
Also, the bathrooms were disgusting to the point we couldn’t even go. My friend went to go see a manager about it. Everything was dirty. A toilet was not flushed, full, and probably called. It truly felt like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.
It was the same deal with the menus and tables. Everything was sticky. The bar was halfway full, but there were maybe three other tables. They definitely had down time to clean and check on tables… but I guess that’s not a priority.
With everything that went wrong, I thought the manager would’ve came by to apologize and maybe comp something. Neither happened. I understand not comping anything- but you could at least apologize for the inconveniences.
We will never be coming back here. It’s overall very disgusting. Worst restaurant in Columbus.
