Bad service all around. Horrible service full of racial attitudes, food was not good including hair in food which probably came from the two employees that didn’t have their hair covered, out of a few things like ice and beans for the burritos. Atmosphere felt tense and no one wanted to be there.

Ordered the Baja burrito and it was so damn plain. Sure they provide salsa sides and cheese but that's the only thing seasoned well. Made me nauseous it was so bland. I will not order from them again.

I had the Baja burrito tasted like straight veggies I added more meat but it still was mostly only veggies chipotle is way better and the salsa wasn't that good I tried the lemonade but it tasted mostly like bitter lemon peel wasn't very

There are 5 people standing around talking and laughing while 1 guy attempts to service the customers... There is no way a person needs to wait 15-20 minutes for chips and dip. And 1 of the individuals being extremely unhelpful and non supportive was a so called manager. Only gave 2 stars because the guy who helped me apologized for his rude coworkers.

Staff was amazing. Unfortunately..No flavor!! What happened?? I now Unfortunately go to your competitor right by y'all. U were MY favorite when you opened. Something with the ingredients had of changed. I'm rooting for you guys. The salsa is also a mess. However... You have so many more toppings that are amazing. Just work on the meat, rice, and salsa.

Great Food! But.....We ordered delivery online and it said CC was declined by 2 different CC( which is impossible)Then we check our CC and behold they had charged a 46.86 delivery 4 times from 2 different cards, then send you to a corporate office( because you can't call the restaurant) and no call backs. Finally called our CC's and all chargers have been reversed , but not after we had a heart attack, of being falsely charged.Just watch your online delivery options when order from Willy's!But don't deny yourself there food! It's great!

Bomb. I'm from out of town so I've been here the last two nights to grab dinner. The staff is friendly for the most part. The guy working tonight was super cool. I've stuck with the steak burrito and two tacos, one adobe chicken and the other buffalo. I like that they give you endless options for taco add-ons, unlike some other places that give you boring ones. I would've taken a picture but I already ate it all lol. I'll be back at least a few more times.

I ordered the family taco box and waters. The taco box will definitely feed a family and they are generous with all the food portions for a Taco and the food was good. The only thing that was left out was my utensils but I made do.Vegetarian options: Tufo and veggie items

We went to eat at this place around 12 noon on the 2 January 2023. Even though the place had a few people, the lady who attended us, was rude and unprofessional, she need to be retraining on how to take care customers. food ok, the other persone was nice... dinning are was clean.

Eva is our favorite! She’s always there and always takes care of us! We take out every weekend, and she is always there. Food is very good also.

I waited 25 minutes as they took care of only online orders. About 8 people waiting with me. They have to find a better system then not serving walking for 25 minutes
