The pricing was also very reasonable. I got **15 wings for $21**, and honestly, I felt it was worth every penny. The portion size was generous, and the quality of the wings was far better than what you’d get at many other places for a similar price.
Another big plus was the **wait time**. Despite it being a busy time of day, my order was ready quickly, and I didn’t feel like I had to wait too long at all. The staff was friendly and professional, which made the experience even better. They were attentive, made sure I had everything I needed, and kept the atmosphere warm and welcoming.

I am not a fan of giving bad reviews on places we go to, especially if it’s less than 5 times dining at the place. However, this last time was our 3rd time trying and we’ve had the same experience. There were more than 5 employees in the back, maybe because there weren’t that many orders coming in. So our assumption was that our wings would come out fresh. Unfortunately, our wings came out dry. The lemon pepper wings were hard and was as if they’ve been sitting somewhere for more than hour. The mild wings we got didn’t have no flavor and was also hard. We want to give it another shot but not sure if it’ll happened to us again.

I came in and ordered and waited for my food. The drinks were flat but I didn’t make a big fuss about it. I noticed cooked chicken was already in the fry baskets but I thought that was for another order. I noticed the lady fixing the fries didnt fill my fry boat up she left some fries in the silver mixing bowl. Once I left just as I expected the fry quantity was small. When I went to eat my boneless wings they were hard as a brick aka double fried. So hard not even the blue cheese could save them so I called and spoke to Wesley the manager he stated the chicken was cooked at the right time. Now I’ve eaten at the Phenix City,AL location, the Vinning,GA location and the location in Lake Bunea Vista, FL and never have I ever eaten chicken so darn hard. Wesley didn’t offer to refund nor replace the order and I think that just made my experience even worse. I will never return back here not even if the chicken is free because no one should have to eat boneless wings that have been double fried.
Parking: Parking is congested because of the neighboring restaurant. I had to park in the wing stop carry out parking spot because there was no other spaces available

The chicken was old and dry and the fries were not seasoned at all. Taste like plain potatoes. I told them but they did nothing. I should've asked for my money back. My cousin and I won't be going back there for a while.
Made an online order. Was there before estimated order time and food was already prepared. Fries were old and could tell they’d been sitting. Wings were not even warm. It wasn’t busy at all.

I went here got wings they first don’t put no Parmesan then ask them to remake it they give me a container of Parmesan wings were cold and then they remake the wings after going in a 3rd time and they use the same cold wings put sm butter u can’t even eat it then had some smart stuff to say
