The customer service & atmosphere was great! However, i just wish the food matched the service. I ordered half lemon pepper, half mild. The lemon pepper smelled like pinesol and the mild sauce was grease, no flavor, just colored grease. And it wasn’t cooked thoroughly. The Cajun corn was also very greasy and the cheese fries was soggy. The best part of the meal was the ranch, It wasn’t worth the $23 I paid. I won’t be returning.

I hate anytime I have to write a bad review. Especially when it’s a company I have frequently dealt with and never faced any type of customer service issue with. Tonight kind of did it for me. An order was placed tonight through Wingstop (the actual site). Something that we have done plenty of times before. Delivery time was going to be about 35-40 mins. Not even that big of a deal until we receive a call from our delivery driver saying they went into the restaurant to pick up the order and was told that someone else had picked up our food. Again not a big deal. We had received a notification that another driver would be arriving with our food shortly. We waited on the second deliver to arrive and they never showed yet the order was confirmed as delivered. We have doorbell camera’s that will confirm no one ever dropped off a brown paper bag on our step. Then we receive another notification that the order had actually been cancelled. Whoever picked up our order ended up keeping our food completely. Called Wingstop in the hopes they could do something. Store lacked any accountability on their end and was quick to shoot the blame to DoorDash or UberEats since that’s who responsible for the pick up. I understand things happened but when a store has been notified of a mistake why not try to do something to fix it. If we had to come pick up the food that’s fine since we had already paid for our order and were still waiting on what we paid for. I’ve never had a disappointment moment with Wingstop until tonight. If you decide to order from there you are better off going to the location (if possible) if you actually want to make sure that you will have your food in hand.

The only reason I gave 4 stars because no one had on gloves. But the customer service was on point and the food was all freshly made and good. My favorite is the Cajun corn. My kids ate all of their wings. A bit pricey but good.
