I like pizza. I like that I can pick out the toppings, but this franchise seems like it's doing everything possible to get rid of its loyal customers. I'm referring to changes in ordering and the reward system. With respect to the choosing of the items, the toppings are no longer visible to customers. (really strange setup at the uptown Columbus store) I can't understand the reason for this. Secondly, they keep changing the reward points system - to the point where...
Friendly staff with freshly made food items in a clean environment. Good sized portions. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Many years as a customer and as many positive experiences.
Everything was absolutely delicious! You can really feel the love and care in every detail the food, the packaging, even the stickers. Everything was perfect. I will definitely order again!
