I've always had good service at ZZ Beans. People are all very friendly. But Tuesday morning the manager at the counter was argumentative and confrontational. I simply ordered a coffee with cream like I always do..and I got a lecture on the correct name and who wasn't supposed to do sell coffee like that for the $3 I normally spend. I couldn't understand why any of that was relavent to me. Just serve the coffee and tell me how much I owe you.Transaction complete.The customer in front of me was treated rudely as well.

Person at the counter was not willing to advise menu options. Did not help to show which sandwich was which in the refrigerator. The top layer was completely soggy. The hazelnut coffee did not have a hazelnut flavor. Very disappointed in service and food quality. Tossed the half I was eating and took a photo of the half left for reference.
