I never really make reviews but the service absolutely ruined my day telling me to hurry up as I got to the speaker then I asked for extra sauce when I got my food I had only received 2 nibblers in the meal and my sauce was poured throughout the plastic bag.

They keep on outright omitting items from orders and salads. Never clear why. Can't fix it in the app or with a corporate number, they expect me to hound the location after I've already left with a takeout order. Not going to devote all my afternoons to harassing this particular location. But I'm not excited to give them my business, either.

Ordered and picked up a kids grilled cheese that was hardly cooked. The bread was barely toasted and they are forever putting the sandwiches in the little box so that the cheese runs out and sticks to the cardboard box. Every once in a while they will get it right and install it crust side down . So we take it back to get it remade and instead of remaking the sandwich the manager on duty throws it back on the grille just long enough to barely warm it back up . Big difference in one that is made and comes off the grille hot and one that is tossed back on just long enough to barely get warm . 100 % know he did this because you could see where the cheese had been pulled out when it stuck to the original box. The biggest clue was the temp of the sandwich. They are not suppose to do that . So , I try calling and they refuse to answer the phone . I'm mean I know I tried calling for 30 minutes straight and they definitely were not busy because it was after 8 pm and when we left there were not many people there. That is so freaking sorry that the manager couldn't just remake the easiest item they sell. That manager should be fired. Will probably get a raise instead.

Please check the egg rolls before serving. I'm not sure if it's the egg rolls or the oil. However, they are coming out wayyy darker than normal with alit of excess oil coming off of them. Unable to eat, didn't feel safe 😞

Manager provided excellent service when I noted drive-thru employee seemed in need of training support. Love the chicken fingers. Always delicious. Disappointed to see a sanitation score of 91 when I saw 100 not too long ago. I'm confident the manager will make everything ? again.

Ordered Zaxbys through uber eats. They forgot 3 of my drinks for every combo purchased. The buns were dry and stiff on the sandwiches. Food was terrible.

Kind employees, but always the slowest service. Ordered online 10 minutes before arriving and was still waiting forever after getting there. People were placing orders as I got there and got their food before I ever did…

Update: Waited 30 minutes. There was a massive line so I called the number in the app for contacting the store while in the store. They told me that they were not seeing an order for my name. Waited longer and then they said they would cancel it. Worst location ever.

Almost every time I order from this place through DoorDash my condiments are missing. Called the store and spoke with Cody the shift manager and of course he was not concerned whatsoever about this issue. Apparently because it wasn’t him that just spent 50.00 on 2 dinner plates and a desert. He said he would take down my name so that when I came up to the store I could get my sauces for free, lol. Apparently he doesn’t understand why people pay through the nose for convenience. I asked him, if I brought the plates back if they were going to remake my food because my food would then be ice cold. He said no but then told me if I called DoorDash back they would do a re-delivery, not true. As a note, DoorDash isn’t responsible for packaging the food up, Zaxbys was. Nice job Cody!! Maybe they’ll promote you to store manager with those skills.
