Went inside where we had to wait 10 minutes at the counter before anyone bothered to say anything to us. The customer service sucks. It’s so dimly lit I feel like I’m in a dungeon especially with the trash on tables and on the floor. Definitely choosing literally anywhere else next time.

Every time I come to this Zaxby’s I always ask for heavy sauce on my wings and they never do it, half the wings aren’t even covered in sauce. It’s embarrassing… also almost every time I go into the drive thru most of the time the person on headset has an attitude and it isn’t nice. As someone who worked at Zaxby’s for two years it is embarrassing a huge food chain in the south can’t even get things right

Building completely remodeled and it already looks dirty and poorly cared for. Sticky, dirty floors, andctrash everywhere. Just like before the remodel, staff seems to be uninterested in cleaning the dining room regularly or we'll. No towels in the bathroom and dirty there as well. Poorly managed.

Walked in the door and the first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelled like a harbor - rotting fish. A chicken restaurant should NEVER smell like rotting fish. I looked around, and the dining area was disgusting. It had caked on food spillage all over the entire floor. I don't think it has ever been swept or mopped. I didn't feel safe eating there, it seemed to be a foodborne illness waiting to happen.

We turned around and left without ordering. I don't know how they can stay open with the lack of cleanliness.

I’ve been coming here for almost three years. Every now and then the food will be an absolute miss but more often than not, this location is pretty good. However, these last two weeks have been unacceptable. This is now the 4th time I’ve ordered food and the drink had no ice, no carbonation, they forgot to remove the coleslaw and gave me little to no fries. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble here but i feel like if im paying 10-15 bucks for some chicken tenders, that’s the least that could be done.

There was hair in my food. The drink was flat. I was supposed to have free cheesecake bites and it didn’t show up and when I asked the cashier, she walked off and started waiting on someone else. There were 2 nice people the assistant manager & floor manager that tried to help but the issue wasn’t resolved. I’ve always had good food from here before. This was the first time this ever happened to me but it was horrible to be chewing and pull hair out of my mouth That’s not mine. (I have blonde hair- the hair I found was Black!!!) I tried to call the store but no one answered the phone so left a voicemail. This was an online order. Another customer was complaining about her order as well. Mind you I live 45 minutes from this current Zaxbys location. So you can only image how I felt after getting home to find someone else’s hair in my food. I spent over $20 on my food and I am dissatisfied, disgusted and disappointed!!!

I ordered curbside. The app asked what #spot i was in but they weren't labeled. I waited for about 10 minutes after I checked in and went inside. My food was waiting on the counter. I also asked for several things to be left off my salad. Even though the receipt reflected that, they were still all on the salad.

Don't waste your time ordering curbside, employees refuse to walk the orders out. Sat for about 30 minutes and finally went in and they handed me a bag of cold food. Almost no sauce on the wings, cold soft fries that were unseasoned. Only part of my meal that wasn't disappointing was the toast. Even the sweet tea tasted like it had been sitting too long

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch. After I took my first bite the texture was off after that i noticed the red and clear juice coming out of it. Had to take it back which ruined my lunch break. The manger was very unprofessional. No accountability No apology No nothing. Just looked at me and asked what do you want to do.
Refund received!!

Service was atrocious. Never even got to order because the girl redused to even acknowledge that we were standing there. Just drive the extra 2 miles to the one on Bueno Vista. They are on point!

The recent remodel was a massive downgrade. The place went from an inviting, interesting atmosphere (local history on the walls!!!) to a dim, dingy, clinical mess that just feels made to encourage you to leave. AND no more coke freestyle??? Yeah I think I'll be here much less now.

Came by pretty early to get lunch for my job, i got everything i asked for except for a piece of toast, which not to worried about that. I did so happen to receive an employees snack in place of that tho. That was definitely not in my order.

Horrible experience every time I visit Auburn Avenue location. My order is constantly wrong. On 9/2/25, I placed online order to pickup curbside. After 30 minutes waiting & banging on all the doors we finally picked up cold food that was not made as ordered & was over charged 😡.
