Jalyn T, A drive-through worker there needs to be fired. We were going through the drive-through didn’t even finish ordering and wanted our drinks without ice and she continued to catch an attitude and was cursing at us Saying that the drinks were already made, and the ice could not be poured out, but the order wasn’t even finished. Very unprofessional and this exact store continues to have these attitude problems from their workers where they Are catching attitudes and being nasty towards people in the drive-through. Thankfully, my partner knows the man that owns all the Zaxby’s in this area and he will be speaking with him ASAP. It’s very disappointing to pay as much as is paid here to just have nasty service just through a drive-through line. It’s very simple. And we both have worked in the industry of fast food and customer service in the food industry. I understand not liking your job, but at the very least do it correctly.

I went to Zaxby's for the new "Chicken Finger Taco". What a disappointment. I got the meal which consists of three tacos and a drink it came to $15.52
I got the tacos and the chicken fingers look like my baby finger there was hardly no lettuce no tomato did not look nothing like the commercial. What I should have done was got my money back. The tacos was tasty but there was nothing to it.

This location is always out of something! Once out of an item they have a nasty attitude when informing you, as if you were working beside them and knew of the outage already. The grease needs to be changed. I returned an order because the fries were burnt and brown, extremely crunchy and received ANOTHER ORDER OF CRUNCHY BURNT FRIES!!!! This location is closer to my home but I’ll be traveling elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with service and food provided.

That Mr. Beast box was the truth. I was skeptical but came with a lot of food. Everything was hot & fresh the inside, was very clean staff was nice. Everything was great

Every time I order from here there's an issue. Missing items, missing sauces, if I order door dash I am missing drinks. It's such a shame. I've talked to management about this and all I get is "sorry.

Food was Good. Cooked well, tasted good. Fries were seasoned.Was quite fast for a zabxys with 5 cars in the line.Whoever was working the drive through was very polite, had good energy and even assured me about my extra Zax sauce, which was great because whenever I think to not check, the sauce isn't there.

Schomberg Rd. Columbus Ga. For SouthernFried Schrimp. It was anything but! We could not find a table without dirty napkins. Spills uncleared, and other evidence left by customers that was left and uncleared by staff. It was 6:00 pm and we were the only customers in the place. Diet Coke from the dispenser was so bitter it could not be consumed. I’ve eaten at this Zaxbys many times but I WILL NOT BE BACK!! I would only recommend this location to the health dept.
My tenders were tough and the fries undercooked.

The service was great but the food was well not food at all I had order a Cobb salad w/ ranch and 2 5ps tenders meal. 1.the dressing was expired and mess the whole salad up 2. Tenders was small and the dry fries was very old and the slaw was dry also no taste. Now for $11 I should have had better food and tender sizes. Then know body at zaxby wanted to answer the phone
