Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went to the Zaxbys on Macon first, but it was absolutely filthy so we left.

We decided to try this location because my husband REALLY wanted to try Zaxbys while we were out here in Georgia. This location was MUCH better. It was clean, no weird/gross smells, friendly service, and the food is DELICIOUS. I am glad we decided to give Zaxbys a second chance instead of just going by how bad the first location was.

First stopped at the Zaxby's on Macon St by the the department stores. Their service was non existent so we left and came to this location. They were quick fast and 100% correct and fresh. Highly recommend this location

I picked up my order at the window. I was ready to pay and the cashier told me to back up to the black pole and then come back to the window, but that was when I gave her my card. She instructed me to do that. I don’t know why but it’s been a pattern of behavior since a couple of weeks ago maybe even a month. I’m suspecting they are taking pictures of peoples cards.

Used drive thru. My cashier was nice. Had to pull up and wait on my tenders, which is fine. However, why give me hot tenders and cold fries?

I am upset because when I first started coming here the service use to be amazing good proportion fires with my sauces and all. Now when I got the fires (bacon loaded) are almost empty they forget my sauces (extra sauce 25c ones) my Zaxby box are empty no sauce. If I am paying for something I would like it to be correct.

The Cashiers was rude . She said she didn’t know why I was there when they didn’t open until 11am . I APOLOGIZED and told her online it says 10:30am. She then responded sarcastically well our door says 11am.

It's a little expensive. However, their bonein wings are terrific 👌. The sauces are a great pairing with the wings.

Jalyn T, A drive-through worker there needs to be fired. We were going through the drive-through didn’t even finish ordering and wanted our drinks without ice and she continued to catch an attitude and was cursing at us Saying that the drinks were already made, and the ice could not be poured out, but the order wasn’t even finished. Very unprofessional and this exact store continues to have these attitude problems from their workers where they Are catching attitudes and being nasty towards people in the drive-through. Thankfully, my partner knows the man that owns all the Zaxby’s in this area and he will be speaking with him ASAP. It’s very disappointing to pay as much as is paid here to just have nasty service just through a drive-through line. It’s very simple. And we both have worked in the industry of fast food and customer service in the food industry. I understand not liking your job, but at the very least do it correctly.

I went to Zaxby's for the new "Chicken Finger Taco". What a disappointment. I got the meal which consists of three tacos and a drink it came to $15.52
I got the tacos and the chicken fingers look like my baby finger there was hardly no lettuce no tomato did not look nothing like the commercial. What I should have done was got my money back. The tacos was tasty but there was nothing to it.
