Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered 2 fried pickles and 1 Shrimp, they burned everything it's so awful that I threw them away after paying $20, im so disappointed ☹️

Drive thru service was great but food was COLD and first order was incorrect. Drive thru wait times were ridiculously long you would think the food would be hot and fresh! Wrong please learn a few things from Guthries.

Went through the drive thru at 11:10 am on a Sunday. Ordered 4 meals, one including grilled chicken. They did inform me that the grilled chicken would take an extra 5-10 minutes which I had no problem with. Once we paid we were asked to park to wait for the food. We waited around 30 minutes along with 4-5 other cars. During that time we saw pizza be delivered to the restaurant. Maybe they had a pizza party lol. When they did bring the food out, they brought the bags for all of the cars waiting and went around to the cars asking what they ordered and handing out the bags. Our order was correct which was great but when I bit into my grilled chicken, it was not fully cooked 😓. Needless to say, I think we will choose a different Zaxby’s location next time.

Various, sometimes the toast is cold or burnt, and sometimes it is hot and delicious , same goes for the tenders. The drive thru takes so long, prepare to sit for 10-20 minutes!

It’s so nasty in here the bathroom is nasty 🤮!!! I just don’t like how dirty there is and this the wrong side of town to be nasty !!!!! Do better get somebody to clean this shyt up

I wish they had honey barbecue sauce for the wings but everything else is great good fries and very good chicken tenders and a great drink selection .!!

Stopped by for late lunch and the fries were kinda stale. Ate and drove home, I ended having STOMACH BUG and threw up for a whole night and the next day. I could taste the oil on my tongue. Not here again.
