Love this place. Always fast and hot fresh food.

I picked up my to go order 10 minutes after it was placed (too early) and was greeted/treated unfairly as a customer even after I thanked them for pushing my order through. Very unpleasant experience to include I was only given a total of 8 fries with my order.

This was the best zaxbys in the area, ever since they refurbished its gone down hill. Employees move slow, food sitting in the window for 10 minutes, they're talking not paying attention. Quality of food has gone down as well. Toast was just bread, soggy chicken and fries.

Food is still good, but they did some sort of backwards remodel on this location where it looks like a cross between a grade school and an old doctors office. Chairs are really uncomfortable, and I will no longer be going to this location, but driving out of my way to one that has not been turned from A cozy local place into a sanitized bland restaurant.

I have to admit the service was good. The lady running from counter was doing a great job. But the food was not good, I found two strands of hair in my salad. Truly disgusted

Dining room feels like eating in a operating room. They fixed what wasn’t broke. Another restaurant pushing people to use the drive-thru. Used to be an inviting place with historical photos of Columbus. Now it’s a blank room with loud music.

Entire staff of 4 people out front was waiting on drive thru we were only people in the dining room to order inside.large black man totally ignored us.never greeted never got waited on after 10 minutes we left.Horruble service maybe replace the entire staff

I ordered the lemon pepper wings and things. The tenders were the best part. The wings were dried out and hard and the fries were cold and soggy.
