Drive thru service was great but food was COLD and first order was incorrect. Drive thru wait times were ridiculously long you would think the food would be hot and fresh! Wrong please learn a few things from Guthries.

Went through the drive thru at 11:10 am on a Sunday. Ordered 4 meals, one including grilled chicken. They did inform me that the grilled chicken would take an extra 5-10 minutes which I had no problem with. Once we paid we were asked to park to wait for the food. We waited around 30 minutes along with 4-5 other cars. During that time we saw pizza be delivered to the restaurant. Maybe they had a pizza party lol. When they did bring the food out, they brought the bags for all of the cars waiting and went around to the cars asking what they ordered and handing out the bags. Our order was correct which was great but when I bit into my grilled chicken, it was not fully cooked 😓. Needless to say, I think we will choose a different Zaxby’s location next time.

Various, sometimes the toast is cold or burnt, and sometimes it is hot and delicious , same goes for the tenders. The drive thru takes so long, prepare to sit for 10-20 minutes!

It’s so nasty in here the bathroom is nasty 🤮!!! I just don’t like how dirty there is and this the wrong side of town to be nasty !!!!! Do better get somebody to clean this shyt up

Stopped by for late lunch and the fries were kinda stale. Ate and drove home, I ended having STOMACH BUG and threw up for a whole night and the next day. I could taste the oil on my tongue. Not here again.
Our family eats at Zaxby's at lease once a week, and the Bradley Park location iin Columbus, Georgia is our choice even though it is not closest to our home. Manager Xavier is our favorite employee, but all workers have been friendly, efficient and kind during the visits over the last year. The prices for chicken platters and salads are very reasonable,
and the food is consistently delicious. We usually eat inside the restaurant, and the trash cans are emptied regularly, the restrooms have been clean and the tables cleared for customers. The landscaping is kept up beautifully, and the parking lot is safe and clean. Our only idea for improvement is suggesting the workers ask before putting Zax Sauce packets on the trays or bags of chicken orders. Our family loves the food without adding Zax Sauce.
