So i usually love zaxbys but this one is bad. I came into the store and it was nasty like slip and slide nasty they had slip and fall signs everywhere. That place should be called a oil change place for cars not a restaurant with how greasy the inside was. It was kinda humorous to see people walk around like they were skiing. The cashier rob had a bad dry attitude like I was ruining his day and I was trying to joke with him. The food is sparingly I barley got any fries and my chicken looked like end scrap pieces . Come on zaxbys of midland do better! Rather would not give them any stars.

It's alright.
They lock the doors an hour before close but don't disable in store pickup in the app or put up a sign that the door's locked.... kinda annoying.
Sometimes the food is amazing (perfect seasoning, temperature, size) and other times it's just okay.

I don’t know why but the past few visits to this Zaxby’s location. I felt very skimped on the fries like how is it that I’m going to “go big “on the fries and switch coleslaw with fries and it’s the same size either way, I’ve ordered it without the go big and with the go big and it’s the same size no matter what it’s just a rob of an extra $.60 so if you do come here don’t give them any more money than their default items. This is a common problem ( 5 times a month eater) 1/5 I get it right. Maybe try a different chicken place if you are someone who likes values

Hadn't eaten at a Zaxbys in a few years. I had the 4-piece chicken fingers with fries. The staff was phenomenal, the food was ok. Doesn't seem all that special. The sauce was good. Not sure that I would be in a hurry to eat at another one.

The past several times I have visited this zaxbys either my order is wrong, service is terrible, or they are not taking dine-in orders and only working drive thru. I will no longer contribute to this location.

This place is total trash! 2 times getting food from this place and they half ass it totally! The first time they don’t bring a sweet tea out curbside I sat there 15 min. Just waiting on a tea. I finally had to call. They said we don’t check the tablet. The second time was tonight with manager Sharon working. 4/10. Crap food. I get my fingers tossed in bbq sauce. It’s in teriyaki. Disgusting! The franchise owner needs to check on this place because it is literally the worst Zaxby’s I have ever had! They need to get it together because it is so bad! Got a 5 finger plate and literally tossing what you see in the picture!

Literally on the phone on hold for 40 minutes now because they gave me a half ass version of what I ordered. Not spending $25 for slop guys I’m sorry. Poor management clearly.

Update: was on hold for an hour so I went 30 mins from home back to the store to talk to a manager. I was still on hold and I showed the manager my phone who was very embarrassed by that. Malcom was the manager and he was extremely professional and apologetic. I asked about it seeming short staffed and he acknowledged that. Gave me a refund for the salad which I appreciated and offered to comp my whole bill which I declined. Apparently the person who put me on hold walked out so yeah that checks out.

Always a great place to grab a quick lunch or dinner as long as the lines aren't too long. Nice location and clean, staffed by decent people.
