Id heard alot about this place over the years and I'm just now making. Service was good the cashier was very helpful.
The atmosphere is what you expect for a nice down home barbecue place not alot of flash and extras but everything was clean and tidy.
The food was cooked to perfection. Everything nice and juicy. Great smoke flavor. We tried the 4 meat sampler which is ribs ,pulled pork, pulled chicken, and sausage. The sides we got were Brunswick stew, Coleslaw, and potato salad.
The Brunswick stew was the star of the show it was fantastic, the potato salad was good, the coleslaw really wasn't to our taste. It had alot of dill in it I believe.
The meats needed the sauces for flavor I like for sauce to be an option. Overall nothing was bad.

VERY unimpressive. The 2 meet combo (chicken and pulled pork) was pretty much flavorless. It was tender enough but also a dry. The cornbread, which I paid extra for, was absolutely, hands down, the worst cornbread I’ve ever had. It was the consistency of a semi cooked brownie, thick and cake like. It was way more like corn pudding, but WAY less tasty. The sauces were generic run of the mill with the mustard based being basically diluted yellow mustard. The macaroni and cheese was middle of the road. Not cheesy, just cheese colored, and fairly flavorless. The baked beans were also nothing special. The food gets two stars only because it wasn’t overpriced. It certainly wasn’t worth what I paid, but it wasn’t insultingly priced either. I go to this area of Ga a lot and definitely won’t be back.

You hope you’re in a a good bbq place when the Smokey odor greets you at the door. We were not disappointed! We had the pork plate and 2 sides and a drink. The pulled pork was delicious with a slight Smokey flavor. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and great flavor. You know the Brunswick Stew is good when it brings tears to your eyes and makes your nose run. Just the right amount of spice. We topped off our meal with peach cobbler. Will definitely return! Thank you. While you may be safe from zombies- the pigs better watch out! The price is very reasonable.

Love the pig. This lovely little gem hidden in columbus is sure to hit the spot. So go get some today! Closed Mondays and Tuesdays though. So call in, crawl in, or walk in as fast as possible!
Pulled pork was dry, ribs were black and had a burned flavor. Coleslaw was the worst I've ever had in my 70+ years. Black beans and rice had no rice and black beans were mushy. All in all, one of the worst bbq experiences I've ever had.

Food was pretty uninspired- however the potato salad was really why I felt compelled to write the review. I have no idea who was making it, but I’m pretty sure they forgot to cook the potatoes. It was just cubed up red potatoes with maybe some Italian dressing on top. It was so bad, we laughed about it for days. BBQ was dry, felt a little old, no flavor. Mac and cheese was pretty basic. Sweet tea was pretty good, service was fine.

They are extremely poor in culinary skills. Quility of meat is poorly prepared. Meat is stringy not like you would expect for BBQ restaurant. Over priced and portions are without a doubt stingy.

Not sure how they got 4 stars this was the most bland nasty barbecue I’ve ever tasted! It doesn’t even taste damn grilled! I believe the ribs are made in the oven or boiled! Gross! I wanted to try something new so ordered from Uber eats I would have been better off eating grass!

I am extremely disappointed in the food. I got 2 pounds of there bbq pork tonight and it was inedible. It was too dry to eat even with sauce.
