I have been here 2x's while traveling the area! The first time I walked in at 8:45 pm and they told me they close at 8:40pm and wouldn't wait on me! Then I walked in again today at 8:27pm and the employee was outside smoking and said she is closed! I will not be back!

Wait 10 minutes to have the lady working be rude with rotten teeth to then say I have to order online because I wanted 5 6” subs no one was in the store but us. I guess they didn’t want any sales. No need to be rude. This is why this stores sales are down. Firehouse and Jersey Mikes from now on

This restaurant is consistently late, rude, and lacking ingredients. They have organizational issues, and are generally unhelpful and apathetic, even when not busy. It's really frustrating to order a sandwich 20 or 30 minutes in advance and for them to not even start working on it until after you get it there.

The 2 girls who work nights are extremely rude. After one night of bad service picking up a mobile order they couldn’t find it at first because they left by their handsink the girl was extremely rude eating one of their applesauce pouches, my order wasn’t complete and I asked how to go about getting a refund the girl started yelling at me in front of my child. the manager the next morning said it wasn’t complete because the girls didn’t want to walk to the freezer where they had the product. This store is in a gas station I frequent everyday, and every time I come in there those two girls are extremely rude, one called my child an IT because he couldn’t find the trash can to throw away his straw wrapper and when I called him over to me to tell him where it was the girl very loudly said “and look IT can’t even throw away it’s trash” he’s six. Totally uncalled for, tonight when I walked in with my kids the girls were there and one was making rude comments about me in earshot of my kids and the other was pretending to take a selfie and was actually trying to take pics of me and stopped when I smiled for her “selfie”. I get good help is hard to find but come on, these girls have absolutely no business making food or interacting with the public in that setting.

I stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes ring the bell twice and could hear the person in the back say hold on and still didn't get proper service. I ended up leaving once the line started forming behind me.

There is one lady with blonde hair that works in here.... She is always stuck by herself. She has yet to not be friendly and did her job as if she had 10 people to help her out. Super nice and never rushes you.

10 buck italian sub with next to none of the meat that goes on the sandwich. Literally the width of a dime on the entire sandwich. If I had wanted a salad I would have ordered one. Never again. I am done with subway. They get worse and worse. Especially this location.
