If I could give it a negative score I would. The employees don’t even know how to make the shakes and coffees. It’s ridiculous that they are still open. Will never be back Ice cream is freezer burnt and the scoops of ice cream is like they scooped it with a baby spoon. Terrible will never be back

Ice cream was freezer burnt. I got a small cone with one scoop. Small is an understatement. Probably had 3 tsp of ice cream and cost almost $5. My husband got the larger cone and his was also freezer burnt. His was $7. I will not be stopping here again. Go to the nearby Chic-fil-a instead. Their cones are larger, cheaper, and tastes better.

Whoever owns this needs to step in or step down. This is an embarrassment to the franchise. No matter what day or time we go here, they always have a reason to not make us a shake or serve ice cream. The store is always dirty. The employees are incompetent and seem angry. It's almost a joke. Commerce restaurants in general are not great, but this place takes the cake for the worst restaurant in town.

Other than coffee(dunkin side) there is zero point in stopping at this location. Ordered a brownie sundae and a milkshake. I was told there wasn't any of the ingredients at this location. No offer of substitution or refund. I'll have to take it upon myself to go after the refund through the 1(800) number. It should be possible to rate business at zero stars, as this certainly deserves it. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Reading the below reviews.. I should have read them before making a stop. Went inside for ice cream. None of the 3 employees greeted us, however spoke to each other overlooking us. Waited 10 mins with no serviced intended to let us know they'd get with us. So we left to to Dairy Queen!! We were in and out with friendly service there! Thank you Dairy Queen!

Would give zero if possible. No one in the store, two employees working was never greeted and finally started to ask a question and was interrupted and told I’ll be right with you. Stood there for five more minutes and left. First time here and won’t be back.

Funny how the manager leaves as I was walking in and all the workers start slacking. I was waiting to order ice cream and not a single employee knowledge I was even there. I walked to the icecream counter and waited again no eye contact or hello. Walked to the register and waited. There was a girl working the drive thru and she was the only one doing something out of the 4 employees. 2 were standing there playing on their phone, one was sweeping and then walked to the back. After a few minutes the girl on her phone put on a headset and started taking orders in the drive thru. There were other customers waiting as well inside and the weren't knowledge either.
