I just went and got two breakfast meals and there was a penny at the bottom of my Bo rounds. When I called the manager asks me to text her personal phone number with a picture for proof. Very unprofessional. So I send the picture and she says she’ll replace it with the receipt but was VERY RUDE! Also the prices on the drive thru isn’t their actual prices. They need new management!

This establishment doesn’t have bad service but poor food service not one person in here was wearing gloves everybody using bare hands also the cashier dropped my chicken on the counter and proceeded to put it back in my food box before i mentioned something just gotta do better from a cleanliness standpoint

That last few times I have picked up there, they didn't have any coleslaw. Also today I had ordered a 3 piece meal and a 2 piece meal. No thighs. Each meal had 1 leg and 1to 2 wings. That's ok for a kid meal maybe.
