I ordered our food online and after I paid, I realized that one of the items wasn't what I wanted. I called and spoke to Ashley and said she would fix it. She was at the drive thru and she was a pleasure!! Very nice and professional. She needs a raise!!

Wow is all I can say, the lady in the back cooking was very rude to the little guy working the window/cash! She was so loud we all could hear it out in the lobby!! Some other customer said dam, someone needs to go home talking about that lady and someone made a comment itās like this all the time! Thatās so sad he looked so stressed out and all he was trying to do was help and help all the customers!! Thatās just pitiful and disgusting behavior honestly and she knew she was being loud about it, thereās no need in treating people like that!! The only reason I gave any stars is because thru it all he remained calm and focused on giving us the best he possibly could!!! 5 stars to homeboy cause I would have lost my shit talking to me the way she did him!!!

There was one person working the front end. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes before deciding the speaker must be out of order, it was not. I pulled up to the windows to place my order and waited another 15 minutes, at the window to get my order. I asked if they would like me to pull up so they could take the next order and they said no.

The GM Rose locked the lobby. I was already in the restaurant sitting at a booth waiting for the two women who were running the store alone to catch up on orders. I was going to order food once that happened. The GM was trying to kick me out before I even had a chance to order and eat. Iām a manager myself and this is terrible customer service. If someone is in the restaurant before you decide to shut down the lobby they should be allowed to eat. Poor management in this establishment. Shame on this establishment. This same manager embarrassed an employee in front of me by talking about things a customer shouldnāt be privy to. She shouldnāt be working in customer service. I would be ashamed.

Ordered online. 20 minute pick up time. 1 hour 20 minutes later, no food and refuse to give a refund. Must go on website and request refund. Manager very rude and uncaring. Walking around fussing about how much she has to do. She can't cook and run the drive thru. The only nice person is the cashier who has only worked here for 2 weeks. Now they are finally making it but they are out of mac n cheese. Pick another, ok baked potato, oh we are out of potatoes. What else? I tell them whatever you have just put it on the plate. They keep asking. I say it doesn't matter what I want just give me what you have. Now the manager is closing down the store because she can't handle it.
