I ordered the Family Seafood Feast from Captain D’s and paid $45, only to get home and discover that nearly half my order was missing.
No shrimp. No stuffed crab. No sauces at all.
This wasn’t a small mistake—it was a major portion of the meal. By the time you get home and open everything, it’s too late to turn around, and you’re stuck with an incomplete dinner you paid full price for.
For a family meal at that cost, accuracy should be the bare minimum. Missing food and missing sauces shows a complete lack of quality control and care.
Very dissatisfied. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who expects to actually receive what they pay for.

We stopped in to eat lunch and we got our food and I ask about the heat because it's 41*out side and the cashier said that the heat don't work this is about 12:53. The atmosphere is really run down ... walls we're very dirty we ate fever fast ...haha because ITS COLD

We went through drive-in and had giant fish sandwiches and tea. The food was hot and delicious and quickly served.

We came in and had two orders one for 46.82$ and one for the 36.42$ and they come out with the bags and tell us we are good to go. We come home and we’re missing the 36$ order so we call them and they tell us they won’t give a refund without the receipt but we threw it away there. So basically they took 36$ from my friend and won’t give us a refund back even after we asked we will come back tomorrow. It was right before close too and they said if you come get it in the next 10 minutes we’ll give you the food after we drove home. Disrespectful service will not be eating there again.
