My family loves Chipotle but this is the dirtiest location I have ever seen. The trash is overflowing, the cook area is messy, all of the table tops have food on them, and the servers dont even bother to wipe up the mess the make as they go (photo attached). Chips are stale and overcooked here.

This location is the worst I’ve visited. I went later in the evening. All of the employees were socializing and the restaurant was filthy. They all had time to tackle the restaurant and clean it for it to be presentable. The young tall man on the line was very rude!

I wish I woulda got the peoples names but yall don’t require name tags, me and several others walked out on 8/23 bc yalls food was cold and were giving out the smallest portions.

Must have hired new staff because this location has went downhill, especially with speed of service. Maybe if the employees stopped cutting up and actually did their job the food would get out in a timely manner. Also long hair needs to be banned or secured better, I can only imagine the hair in the food. Gross!

The soda machines weren't working but they still let you buy soda? It wasn't very clean, seemed like they were lacking a manager. Didn't expect the language I was hearing from the employees, not very professional. Food was cold, will not be back

The absolute worst location, every time you go in there missing items.. went today at 11 sign days they open at 1045 stood in line for 10 mins while they where trying to open, they never said a word just left me standing there.. the food looks days old.. needs new management

Food was good, but the place was dirty; there were two other people eating when we got there and the whole staff was standing around chatting. The trash cans were filled to the rim, there was no silverware, there was rice spilled on the floor that had not been cleaned, in other words the restaurant looked a mess. I’m sure if they have time to stand around, they can clean up a bit to make the restaurant more welcoming.

They never have anything . It's either no chips or no lettuce . Atleast they have good customer service .
We passed through as we were traveling and arrived to a sign that said no lettuce, black beans, pico and a few other things. Ordered what we could, which was fine but the steak and chicken were too spicy for our daughter to eat. The biggest complaint was that store was a mess- just dirty- from tables to the drink station to the bathrooms. It’s a beautiful building but it looked disgusting.

Out of everything due to a recall. Basically had to get a burritos and bowls with just rice,chicken and cheese. We had been driving for hours and had 3 little kids or we would have left. Asked for a prorated/discount and the staff laughed at me...Management could do way better

Lately when we come there are never chips or low on stock. Today we had ordered online chips and guacamole and when we picked our order up. We were told there are no chips. We asked for a refund and was told to go online. Online told us to speak with a manager. We spoke with the cashier and the cashier kept doing a back and forth with the manager Angel. The cashier stated the manager told her the guy who was to make the chips was not paying attention will make the chips now. We stated we no longer want the chips and wanted the refund. The cashier was sweet and kind, while the manager never came out to speak with me and kept telling the cashier to tell me what she tells her.
