Meats was not fresh and they barely had any at the time no barbacoa, no chicken, no pork, all they had was steak and the rest was non existent or not fresh at 9pm, when they close at 11pm, you should still have food still ready available for the customer until closing.

We went in holiday season and towards end of the day around 9pm. There was not a lot of veggies options and only one packet of chips was available. The service was like very bad. They didn’t clean the table and they asked us to take it away and have it. But as we were travelling we cleaned one table for us and still had food. Since we are vegetarians, as not a lot of veggies available, our bowl was just rice and beans.

Let me just say this is one of the worst Chipotles I had been to. I have been here 2-3 times and everytime I come the food looks so OLD and the meat is try and the people who work there are RUDE. I always say hey how are you and it is baffling to me how everytime I have came here I had gotten nothing but attitudes

Every time we go to this location they get our order wrong. Like completely wrong. And then they make it absolutely impossible to contact the store. And they do nothing to fix the issue. We order chicken they give steak. We say no cheese or sour cream, they add it. It's like they purposely want to get orders wrong.

How do you advertise this nationwide but don’t have it at the store?

This is absolutely the worst Chipotle location I have ever been too! It is absolutely a nasty, disgusting place to eat. It appears the staff is to lazy to clean the tables, floor, drink machines, bar, and even the windows for heavens sake! You would think they would have management that would enforce proper cleanliness or perhaps just pay a cleaning crew to come in nightly and keep the place up to proper standards. I honestly don't know how this place doesn't get shut down by the health dept.

Walked up at 8:20pm on a Tuesday, door was locked and employees actively avoided eye contact. I guess it’s open when people feel like working; despite the great big “open until 11pm” sign.
Ordered through the App the High Protein which is double chicken and there was 3 pieces of chicken and like 2 cans of beans. It was terrible and I was trying it again because last time it was the same way! Will not return!!
