They give generous portions. But they almost overcharged me AND they left the guac off my veggie bowl without me realizing.
I will give this place a complete zero because I was not greeted when I arrived. This place is deplorable. When I got to the line service was ok.how hard can that be? When I asked the server”Zepora” if they are supposed to greet people when they come into the restaurant she said she wasn’t told to do that. Table tops were a mess the place looked unkept. I bought the food for someone else so I don’t know how it tasted. I complained to a dead manager named Jacob with zero enthusiasm. Overall experience just horrible. I won’t be coming back.

Frank and the staff met us with a smile and helped us get everything we need. My dad wanted a specific sauce and they made it happen. You don't get service like this very often anymore. Chipotle is lucky to have this crew!

Very dirty inside! 2.5 hours before closing and not willing to get sour cream out of cooler or cook the lady in front of us peppers. Only one guy somewhat working. Others were just wondering around looking lost. Definitely do not recommend!

Awesome experience. My very first time at this location. There was a small issue. There should always be more than one staff member at the ordering counter. At all times to prevent long wait time. And the trash was overflowing. There should be a checkpoint to prevent this occurrence from happening. Overall, we had a great time eating and enjoying one other's company .

Food was excellent and fresh. service was ok just felt rushed to order. That was my 1st time actually going inside ordering. The atmosphere was ok felt a bit crowded

Please bring back labeling the orders (in my case the bowls) and please don't stack 4 freaking bowls on top of each other because the bowls do not hold the weight, I've had the back rip on me so many time and my seat gets covered in sauces.

I wouldn't suggest you eat here, unless you want to wait in line forever, for an order you placed ahead of time, and then not get the right items. After that you can get treated like you're in the wrong for asking for the rest of your food. ??

This Chipotle in particular is lackluster. If you place an online order and get there when instructed be prepared to sit in drive thru for 20 minutes anyways and get food that not only has tiny portions but is also incorrect.

NEVER ORDER ONLINE HERE. I placed an online delivery, showed up when it said it was ready, but it was never even out. I had to verbally ask them, after waiting awhile, where my food was. Turns out it was in the back of the kitchen, and not even at the pick up spot. I am dissatisfied with the service, I will not be back.

I've ordered from this Chipotle via the app on two separate road trips through Georgia, and both times, my bowls were made incorrectly. On my latest visit, there was a power outage, and upon arrival, I was informed that my order was delayed because they were preparing new chicken. Although the chicken was ready a few minutes later, we waited for another 10 minutes but it seemed there were many orders ahead of mine.
The manager had two employees working on app orders while three others, including the manager, stood around doing nothing. When I asked if I could cancel my order, the manager said it wasn't possible. I was baffled—what restaurant can't cancel an order? I expressed my frustration about the delay, but the manager kept repeating, "I can't serve you unsafe food." While I understood his concern, he refused to expedite the orders or have more employees assist with the backlog.
When we finally received our bowls, one of them was completely wrong. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and the manager's rude attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. We will not be ordering from this location again.
