Tried to call the store to ask about the specials and place order. Kept getting an AI system even after requesting to talk to a human. Had to place the order thru the app. While at the store I heard the phone ringing and watched and employee pick up the phone just to hang it back up. Last time ordering from this place.

This is the worst place to go too. They rip u off and dont give u what u order, over and over and over again. They seem to think they can just omit garlic crust seasoning which is a big thing that only they offer. They did it to me many times. The latest time the manager Jennifer wouldn't do anything to make it right and hung up on me. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I won't ever eat at any Domino's ever again. Even the corporate complaint line doesn't respond any more. They absolutely suck and should be ashamed of themselves for the poor abysmal service they offer. As u can see from the photo just a plain white dry crust

And it happened again. Over an hour and a half and the pizza arrived cold. Y'all really suck at pizza and delivery. I would love to see you out of business and something better in town. And when I called for s refund the customer service was just as bad. Never wasting time with this incompetent bunch again.
I ordered a pizza before 7 pm. At about 8 pm I still had not received it and called to get an update. The young man told me it was leaving the store at that time. I live less than a mile and 40 minutes later it had not arrived. I called back to have the call answered and immediately be put on hold. After holding for five minutes, they got back on the call and I asked to speak with the manager, I was put on hold again. As the manager finally got on the phone the driver rang my door bell (nearly 2 hours after the order was placed). I sent the pizza back and listened to lame excuses from the manager who attempted to give me a store credit after cancelling my order. WHY WOULD I WANT STORE CREDIT FROM A PLACE WITH SUCH A TRASHY WORK ETHIC? I refuse to spend the money that I work hard for with a company that has terrible service and doesn't appreciate it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CLOSE THIS STORE SO SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO WORK FOR THIER CUSTOMERS CAN OPERATE THERE. I will never again do business with Dominos anytime anywhere. You are now top of the list of the worse customer experience of my life. Complete failures!

This is the second time we have received a pizza where almost half won't be eaten. I get bubbling of dough can happen, but if you're actually doing a quality check it shouldnt be sent out. Almost half of the pizza has no cheese and just hard dough/sauce. The first time I didn't leave a review but since this is 2 times its disappointing. Ill be checking my pizza before I leave each time.

Domino's never disappoints. Great pizza, lots of coupons online to help you save money. The online ordering service works great. The associates are highly detailed, accurate and very rarely make mistakes. Highly recommend Domino's over ANY other pizza place in the commerce area.

Last night I ordered a pizza & a pasta. The pasta was supposed to have a drizzle of hot sauce on top of it but instead was drowned in it to the point it could not be eaten. Nobody wants a whole bottle of hot sauce poured on pasta. The pizza was a 3 out of 10.. considering I ordered extra cheese & 4 pieces had no sauce or cheese on the bottom half of the slices. Dry & flavorless except the stuffed crust! Waste of $20. Now it says I recommend.. but no FB I don't lol
