Last night I ordered a pizza & a pasta. The pasta was supposed to have a drizzle of hot sauce on top of it but instead was drowned in it to the point it could not be eaten. Nobody wants a whole bottle of hot sauce poured on pasta. The pizza was a 3 out of 10.. considering I ordered extra cheese & 4 pieces had no sauce or cheese on the bottom half of the slices. Dry & flavorless except the stuffed crust! Waste of $20. Now it says I recommend.. but no FB I don't...
I normally get pick-up from this location. It's 3 blocks away from me. I even sometimes walk with the kids to go get our order. And the pizza is usually good & hot, even if we walk. And everyone is usually nice & helpful weither we walk-in for pick-up, or use the drive thru. But this time, I was sick, so ordered delivery. It took over an hour to get 2 pizza's delivered 3 blocks. And by that time, it was warm, no longer hot. I understand it was dinnertime...
We can’t say enough positive things about this location. We’re so thankful to Paige, Erin, and Tammy for going the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. The pizzas were delicious and customer service was stellar!
