Honestly the worst dunkin I have ever been to. They are so slow. We just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, and they weren't even busy. My husband went inside, and the guy that was supposed to work the drive thru told him that he had an anxiety attack YESTERDAY. So he said he refused to take orders or make drinks TODAY. Poor lady working with him was having to do everything herself.

On 02/27/25 I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and two avocado toasts..5:20am ..the lady repeated my order correctly..got to my destination and my "matcha" was a black coffee..which was passed on to me by the black man in glasses..I don’t know who got the order wrong but that wasn’t nice of you.I’m NEVER going back to that location..i think you overcharged me too..I paid 16 dollars cash for two avocado toasts and an matcha should be about 13dollars..especially because it wasn’t a busy morning.thank you.
All the hot food here taste like a toaster, not like fresh hot food. And i can't figure out why they always demand I pull away from the window up to the front of the building to wait for my food, despite nobody being in line behind me. It's very ODD.

Service is consistently terrible, the wait time for inside and drive through are awful, and they are always either super understaffed or have random people behind the counter that don’t work there. Would not recxomwnd!

The last few times I have came to this location, the drinks have been TERRIBLE. Because of this, I usually drive out of my way to go to the location within Love’s Gas Station off exit 147.

No cordination with this crew. Hardly any cutomers in here and they cant seem to get orders out.

Ordered ahead on the app. It still wasn't ready when I arrived. I understand it being Christmas Eve it being so busy, but that's not the workers fault. They need more help on busy days. 3 workers doesn't cut it. From drive thru, mobile orders, & walk ins they definitely need a lot more help. I can tell the workers are overwhelmed with orders because they don't greet anyone or even smile.

This is the absolute slowest dunkin I’ve ever been to. Takes 10+ min of sitting at the drivethru menu before someone takes your order. Service makes the customer feel like a burden and my drink order never tastes the same. Definitely wouldn’t recommend especially if you’ve got somewhere to be after.

I really use to love coming here but now the coffee is nasty.taste old I was really disappointed I will continue to be a Starbucks Girl. America Runs on Starbucks not this place. Don't go here you will be disappointed. Food is gross as well.

Not great guys. Every time we’ve tried this place we have been disappointed. Normally they’re out of the first 3 things you ask for (donuts/munchkins- the basics!). Not fresh either. Go to Krispy Kreme right up the road instead.

I placed an order through Ubereats. Of the six donuts I ordered, only 2 were they type I requested. They replaced the other 4 with donuts I didn't want. Either they were too lazy to reach out to me as the customer to check for alternatives or they are just incompetent. It was a waste of money.

I finally got to experience the frozen chocolate and it looks better than I could of imagined. Amazing workmanship, taking my family here again and again for years for this reason, Thank Yall!

If I could give no stars I would. Went in for an iced coffee cream and butter pecan tried it and it was SOUR. Not bitter. SOUR. Spoiled milk sour. Took it in to let them know and was offered a remake. I asked for a refund and explained that it was sour. I was told they got in a “new iced coffee” so it probably just tart. To which I said that either their cream was bad or their butter pecan was bad. The lady checked the date on the butter pecan and says It’s in date.
Y’all please listen to your customers. With almost 2 years of Dunkin experience I know what I’m talking about. Lort.
