Awful! Only 3 donut holes left, no chocolate icecream for a Cappy! In drivethru, paid, apparently the kids/ employees working were having too much fun inside to pay any attention to us after taking our money, we waited and waited finally drove off after not getting out complete order!

I know the egg and sausage in this wrap are supposed to be cut in half, but this looked like someone literally took bites out of the sausage and then served it to me. There is no universe where this is an acceptable portion or presentation. It was jagged, uneven, and honestly disgusting.
I couldn’t even eat it. The fact that this left the kitchen like that is unbelievable. This is a major sanitation issue and a complete failure in quality control.

The food places in Commerce have genuinely horrible service and food quality (besides Wendy's, they're amazing every time) but Dunkin is consistent with good service and good food! The service specifically is amazing every time. Sweet, genuine, and joyful attitudes and they are super accommodating and that's not something you get nowadays from fast food spots, especially not in Commerce.
