Placed a mobile order 5 minutes before my arrival and was chastised when I arrived that I didn’t stop at the speaker box. I have never had to do this at any of the other Dunkin’ stores so how was I to know? I have now been waiting an additional 10 minutes for my drinks. This is not my first bad experience at this location, as the staff here is always unprofessional and nonchalant about their jobs in preparation of customer orders.

I placed a mobile order on 1-2-2024. I ordered 2 donuts a medium hot coffee and 1 bacon egg and cheese wrap. When I got to the speaker I told her I was picking up my mobile order. She was very rude telling me that yeah it just came through. I placed this order at 5:01 a.m. and I was the only customer at this Dunkin. It took over 10 minutes to get my order. Because of the employees very negative and rude attitude and the ridiculous wait I will NEVER go to this location again. They should just shut this location down!!!!! I really wish I could leave negative stars because even 1 star on the review is too many.

My coffee is always disgusting here. If y’all want bitter coffee y’all will love this location. Ordered from door dash and half the coffe was spilled because the drinks were not protected or secured whatsoever. asked for less ice got no ice. And they took my bf card n paid for their own drinks.

Went thru the drive thru at 10:00 on a Monday morning and was told food wasn’t an option (sourdough sandwich) bc she didn’t have time (short staffed). There was a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed until 7:15 bc of short staff. What the actual? It’s Monday morning people!!!!
