The team at the Commerce, GA location were great. Very friendly and kind. They even happily retrieved a Cheetos from their storage area for my husband. The sandwiches were OK too. Really soft bread but barely heated up. The big issue I had was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Every table was dirty, the floor was littered with garbage, and behind the counter there was food and garbage all over. I am guessing they had a big rush of customers, but at 3:30pm on a Sunday we were the only customers there and surely someone had the time to clean up the dining area. The cleanliness of any restaurant should always be top priority, so sadly we won’t be back.

First time in GA at this FS. The young lady with the black ponytail needs to work on her personality flaws! Working in a service industry, being at a register and walking off when a customer walks up looks very unprofessional! It doesn't matter if you are on break or off, a simple greeting takes business a long way. If you don't like ppl, apply for a non front facing job!

I ordered before I left my house when I got to the store sat I in the drive thru for 10 minutes before anyone walked over there even though they saw me sitting there waiting plus while I was waiting I seen the employees vaping in the store around the food and passing it around from worker to worker

Ordered online before i left my house to make it easier. Got there and they said it would be ready shortly. Waited 15-20 minutes to find out they finished it and put it to the side. Said they didn’t know i was there waiting. Food was cold. Other customers inside not thrilled with service.
This location NEVER answers the phone. I ordered online and when I got there to pick up my order there were 4 teenagers running the store and all 4 were goofing off. There is no reason why every single time I call no one ever answers the phone. There's no telling how many customers yall have lost because of it.

Me and my wife got steak and cheese sub both was nasty. put them in trash the last 25 bucks I will ever spend at that place. This is the second time I have had bad experience at that place. I sure hope they can get some help in that place.

Had an Uber Order. Requested 2 gluten free turkey subs. Minus tomatoes, due to a serve allergy and to have Mayo and mustard on them. Guess what? One had tomatoes on it. And neither had Mayo or mustard Worse subs I've ever had from a Firehouse. Super dry. And one I can't eat.
Call the store and they refuse to answer the phone.
Dietary restrictions: Wheat and tomato allergies.

Tried the smoked BBQ brisket sub which was delicious. Staff was very friendly and professional. Service was fast. This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning to try other menu items.
