Drive thru closed and car blocking window. I only go to drive thru only restaurants with kids. I will not be back. Kinda hard to carry food drinks and kids at same time. Looked like plenty of people staffed and doing nothing so no excuse

I made an online order last night 7 sandwiches, 2 sides of gravy, soup and mac n cheese. They left off the 2 gravy, mac n cheese, ice cold cheese not melted just sprinkled on top. Sandwiches we good but I'm sure the gravy we paid for would have made them better and my grandson said mac n cheese not being cooked or at least warm with melted cheese was disappointing. Money doesn't come free, I know mistakes are made, but check your order before handing it off to customer we live 20 minutes away so going back wasnt an option. Cost was over 100, sent my granddaughter to pick it up as tgey were in area time said my order would be ready by 8:15 it was ready close to 8:30, I put the order in by 7:24.

Very disappointing experience. I have celiacs and limited on where I can eat. Firehouse has a gluten free sub so I eat there frequently. I'm disappointed because the sandwich barely had any meat on it and wasn't very filling. I ordered the new york steamer and it was a pitiful sandwich. I should have went to Jersey Mike's, they know how to make a sandwich.

The workers there need to learn how to pick up their pace when it comes to getting online orders out because people who come in to pick up orders have a certain time they have to get other orders delivered by and it makes other people not want to come back because they take their own sweet time getting the orders done that were already placed online doordashers and Uber eats drivers shouldn't have to wait an hour just to pick up orders and deliver them to the customers who ordered them online

As always, the food was FANTASIC! Firehouse is and always will be my FAVORITE sub shop! I placed a mobile order and was there at the time it was set to be ready, but had to wait for about 15 min to actually get mt sandwich. They seemed to have a couple of fairly large online orders they were working on, but they had several employees working, so I was a littke surprised I had to wait quite that long. I will definitely be back again next time I'm in the area, though, bc the food is worth it and I am generally in and out fairly quickly.

We eat there twice a week, but the last three times were awful. There was no meat.or a pickle. I'm not sure if they have new management or what changed. All of the employees here are in their teens or early twenties. Most are teenagers. Quality is gone, Subway 2.0.

Why are there 47 gallons of deli mustard on my sandwich? I didn't order extra. It was inedible. The potato soup I got yesterday was cold with hard potatoes. Bleh.

Love the food and service. I arrived at Firehouse at 8:57pm they were pleasant even though they were closing in 3 minutes.
I’m a dasher that waited 20 mins for an order and kept waiting well past the promised time. The service in this store has went downhill drastically. It has to be at least 80 degrees in that store! Shame on the owners for making their employees work in such conditions. Do better!
