Five Guys in Commerce near to Tanger Outlets!! It was day 2 after the big ice storm, and we were in Athens. An employee was in the restaurant, kept signaling us and 8 other people to wait a minute, but didn't open. We all left. The Commerce location was on our way home, so we went there! They were so warm, friendly and wide open for business. Great bunch of folks in Commerce 💖🍔🍟💖

This has got to be the worst five guys in the country. I have truly never seen human beings move so slow in my entire life. I like to give fast food and restaurant workers a break because I worked those same jobs for years. But over and over again this particular location has proved to be problematic. Even ordering ahead won’t get you your food in a reasonable amount of time. Almost an hour for Burgers and fries is absolute insanity. And to watch them finish orders that came in well after you is maddening. I’ve tried multiple times to order from here, hoping that service would improve, but at this point, I’ve given up all hope.

I visited the Five Guys in Commerce, GA and was very disappointed with my order. I paid for a large fries, but the portion I received was extremely small—closer to a small size. When I asked the cashier, I was told that it was a large, which clearly wasn’t true compared to other Five Guys locations.

I love Five Guys normally, but this location did not meet the standard. Paying for a large portion and receiving so little felt unfair and left me very dissatisfied.
