The food was cold, especially the wings the were straight out of the freezer and inedible.when I asked about it the man just stared back at me and said nothing. Then there was the burger. All the burgers were burnt all 5 that my kids got. I also wanted a milkshake and they man said that it was broken but after that they gave a man a milkshake. The soda machine had no syrup and service was overall awful

I've never had fudruckers. I've heard they have great burgers. Man, was I disappointed. My top 5 worst burger ever. I must have bad luck at non fast food restaurants cause my orders seems to always be put on hold. I went with a friend and he was almost finished by the time i got my order. Several customers got their order before me, who came in after and had bigger orders. As to the horrible food, being attached to a TA might say something. I don't think the staff washed their hands either. A guy cam in from outside and immediately started handing out orders, I didn't see him wash hands. I'm going to go to a real fudruckers next time. Not a truckstop fudruckers.
I've always loved this place and dipping the fries in the cheese sauce!! Omg! They always fresh and the bakery is on point! I just don't understand why they closed some and why I have to go so far to eat at one

Growing up, Fuddruckers was one of the best burger joints around. On any given night, you had to wait for a table. This restaurant shouldn't be allowed to call them selves Fuddruckers. The atmosphere was depressing and sad, no music, and the employees barely spoke exceptro ask you what size meal you wanted. The burgers went from being true, thick juicy burgers to being nothing more than smash burgers piled together. This could be the norm now, but back when it was a good place to eat, this certainly would have never been. I have not eaten here in years, and you could not imagine my disappointment in the way they are now.
