I have never been disappointed at a Fuddruckers b4 today. I stood at the register for 10 minutes b4 the cashier came to take my order. Then when my order was ready, she took her sweet time putting on gloves to pick my tray up from the window and walk two steps to hand it to me. The burger was cooked well done when I asked for medium. The restaurant was almost empty so, no excuses

I had the Nashville Chicken sandwich. The bun was small and tough. The chicken was ok but with condiments you might as well chop it up and make a salad. I wouldn't even go back there for a burger. I paid $20 is rather had MCDs for less.

I stopped at this Fuddruckers on a road trip and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst food stops I’ve had. • My Beyond Burger was just okay, but the cashier never asked if I wanted any additional toppings like grilled onions, etc. • For my Southwest Salad, I was told I couldn’t choose more than one dressing, and when the salad finally came out, it had no dressing at all because it was “unavailable.” I even heard one of the workers say he didn’t know how to make it. • I also ordered a chocolate shake and a crispy square and had to remind the staff to give them to me.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and careless. It honestly made me understand why Fuddruckers seems to be struggling as a brand.

The old man in the kitchen was dying, coughing up a lung over everyone’s food he was cooking on the deep fryers and grill. If anyone needs to wear a face mask it’s that guy. Never coming back here if he’s on the grill.

The thing was horrible. It used to be so good here. I don’t think I’ll be back. We used to come all the time. I don’t know what’s happened to the hamburgers, but they do not taste fresh nothing was good and they have no milkshakes anymore

We had really high hopes for this location and even drove 30 minutes out of our way to visit. We’ve been to more than half a dozen Fuddruckers locations over the years, but this one felt noticeably below the standard. The fries were over-seasoned, the prices were on the higher side, burgers were so so at best and the overall quality of the food was disappointing

I was surprised to see this attached to a TA gas station, we drove past it the first time, when we were looking for it, cuz I wasn't paying attention. The burger and fries were very good, this was a much better choice than some drive-thru burger place when you're on a road trip.
