Worst decorator. What we asked for looks nothing like what we got. This is my second time getting a botched cookie cake. Poor communication, one hand didn’t know what the other was doing . Never again will I give service to this location .

Did the buy 10 get 3 free. Asked for 6 m&m and 7 sugar. Didn’t double check the person doing it and when I got home I had 7 chocolate chip and 6 m&m. Now I don’t get my favorite cookie

This a $50 cake and when I questioned the big blank space in the middle the store manager says”what the hell, not enough icing for you”. His name is Alfred and he has no customer service skills… I will be contacting the corporate office about this.

They were extremely rude and the cookie looked like it was made by a child.

went there not too long ago, they said I had to wait for salted pretzel bites which I was okay with, and the staff was super friendly and even gave us a free drink for the wait! don't think I could've had a better experience, and the pretzel bites were delicious!

Thank goodness I didn’t buy this for the looks, because it looks absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered a cookie cake. They switched the message base and top colors. Not a huge deal. They frequently don't have cake decorators available, so don't try to do anything last minute. One of the women there is very rude, but the other is very nice and helpful. Tasted okay.

Terrible , placed an order through the phone at the end nobody there wrote down my order or completed their task . Now I’m struggling to find a cake last minute. Thanks to them

Went to place a phone order and couldn’t hear the person .Because the manager was screaming and cussing her employees. When she got on the phone she started to yell at me . Took my business elsewhere

Stopped in with my family the other day. We weren’t greeted at all by the middle aged woman behind the counter. We waited for ten minutes to be helped while she complained and gossiped with the customer ahead of us (an ex employee apparently) about their manager. We ended up just leaving after she cussed multiple times in front of our young kids. Terrible customer service. Judging from my own personal experience and other reviews, this place really needs to get it together.

The store was crowded which is a good sign. The staff could have been friendlier. The pretzel that I ordered was extremely thick and dry.

If you don’t have the shown dip for an item (pizza sauce for stuffed bites), that’s something you should tell a customer BEFORE they pay and wait 20 minutes for something they would NOT have ordered if they knew it couldn’t be served correctly.

Looking at the website and says open til 10pm. Ummm yeah go there at 7pm and not only not open its dark af in the store. They never seem to be open in the evenings.
