I got a breakfast burrito meal. A friend I was with got his meal fast. I ordered right after him. He was finished way before I got my meal. Others who came in after me were getting their orders before me. I don't know if their was some confusion on how to make a burrito, but it seemed to be a new item, all they did was put what would have gone into a biscuit into a tortilla. And I had to pay $2 extra for a tiny cup of gravy. Sould have come free with the meal. It does at other restaurants. I don't think I'll be back. I'm not a Hardees/Charles Jr. Fan anyways. I just went there because my friend was going there.

I gotta a monster burger and when I got home it was burnt. I drove back down there and ask them to make me a fresh one. I checked it before I left and the burger was still overcooked. The food quality in this restaurant is horrible and I was not satisfied with the remake. I WILL NOT be coming back to this restaurant. I will spend my money somewhere that has a better quality of food 😡

This Hardee's it's better than the Hardee's in lavonia Georgia at least they get your order right it didn't leave anything out of the bag and they did not overcharge you

Got chicken tender plate. Tenders was burnt. They were a lot darker than normal. They need to change the Grease. The fries were cold and the shake had a wax film in the mouth after drinking. Threw it away didn't even drink. It was nasty!!!!! Definitely will not be back

Tenders were a little overcooked and dry and the fries tasted as if they had been sitting for a while . The milkshake however was fantastic 😊
Amazing food and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Rea was the cashier name on the slip. If I could give more than 5 stars I would 😊

All poor drinks are noting but color and carbonated water said they are serving lunch but are not serving lunch took 1 hour to get my food all just horrible poor service absolutely poor will not ever come back here again they said they would remake the food and finally got it after another thirty minutes of waiting it was still wrong and it was ice cold they refused to remake it again or give me a refund will not recommend
