Why even have a app when it is not going to work . This is twice went thru the drive thru and the free gravy biscuits was not taken off my total . And when ask about it the lady said well nothing I can do about it . The drive thru line takes over 20 minutes to get to the window after you order is crazy . Than get home and start to sip on sweet tea what I order and what is on the receipt also and it’s coke . Nasty .

If I could leave zero stars I would! This place is absolutely disgusting. Not talking about the food I’m talking about the cleanliness of the store. The employees are always rude. The bathrooms are always nasty. They always take 20-30 min to even notice your standing at the counter to order! This place just needs new management! We paid 20$ for a biscuit and gravy and chicken biscuit meal. That is wayyy over priced especially considering Bojangles has better food and it’s cheaper! The bathroom was so nasty I couldn’t even use it, one stall had the toilet covered in pee and had poop all over the inside of the bowl, and the other stall was taken by an employee playing on her phone. The cashier was rude when I said “20$ for 2 meals???” Then I asked for a bag because we weren’t planning on eating there and he gave me the smallest bag he could find and took off to the drive thru so I couldn’t ask for anything else! Mind you I got a biscuit and gravy and the foam plates they give wouldn’t fit! This place is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be shut down or better management. I really hope corporate sees this so that they can fix the issue. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem here, but I didn’t wanna go all the way to banks crossing. The lady that normally works drive thru I have issues with her being rude every time I go into this place! She’s disrespectful all the time! DO BETTER Hardee’s

The interior of this restaurant is in serious need of a fresh clean update. There wasn't even a paper towel holder or anything to dry your hand with in the restroom. The whole appearance in the dining room is dark, dingy, and old with chipped paint on the walls.

DISGUSTING the bathroom there was literal shit on the floor on The toilet no toilet paper dirty underwear in the trash can very clear the whole bathroom and store have no been clean in a long time only three of the sodas where working there where three people working in the whole building and the one who was working the register was a bit rude I have just never been to a more disgusting fast food restaurant
