The wings are not good. The barbecue chicken, fried okra, and the fried green tomatoes were good. The other sides were cold when they came out. There was only one lady working the dining room. She literally did everything except cook. If you go, plan on waiting for a while. I felt bad for her.

Great food and staff. The cook and waitress were both very personable and nice! The cook went and made my 5 year old son tacos that he was begging for at no charge. We will def be back!

Recently had our first experience here. On a Friday night most other restaurants were on a long wait and decided to try something new. No long lines and the food was awsome! I recommend the Chicken half and potato salad! Yum! Prices were average. Service was very friendly and welcoming! We will definitely be back!

I've eaten here a few times and always had a very pleasant experience. The food is great and service is friendly. Great place for southern comfort food!

We always get good service here. There's rarely any wait time when we've gone. The server is always friendly and attentive and keeps checking back with us throughout the meal. The catfish is very good and there's plenty to eat. The one time I tried the bbq, it was so-so.

We saw their sign one day and decided to try them out. Their food is amazing and huge on their portions. My husband loves BBQ but I'm not a big fan. I love their catfish. The employees are very friendly. If you haven't tried them out I encourage you too.

Awesome food and great service. The server was very sweet and kind. The food is great and best barbecue I have had in a long time.

The most amazing spot ever. Was just in the area for a day and find this location close to Tanger outlets and when I did not disappoint!!! and the customer service was top notch.

Food was burnt and dried out been sitting under heat lamp for a hour. The waitress only came to our table 3 times. We had to get our food to go because we had been waiting for three hours already. When other customers who came in after us were already being served their food. My friends husband had enough of waiting so he went and asked to the waitress to pack up our food in to go boxes. We were seated where we could see our food under the heat lamps and the only thing she was doing back there was talking to the cook. We will not be going back.

One doesn't usually expect an Interstate exit BBQ joint, much less one around the corner from an outlet mall, to be much more than an attempt to satisfy a craving or just to, hopefully, not to wish that you had just gone to Wendy's, etc, but I was pleasantly surprised and I hope to get back this way at meal time again. From each item on my plate (did I mention the hot, fresh hand cut fries) I was more than just pleased. Telandra, my server, made sure that all was well. Not to mention the sampler of 5 different sauces. Thinking that their vinegar based was my favorite, although, their fiery mustard was a close second. Thank you Hawg Wild, even though I had to wait until Wednesday.

I'm not sure about the other locations, but we visited the Commerce location on Friday, Nov. 5 around 5pm. The only two good things I can say is the waiter was cordial and the hush puppies were great. Other than that, it was horrible. My daughter ordered the dry rubbed brisket sandwich - almost broke a bracket on her braces, dry and like biting into a shoe. Husband ordered the same and could barely stomach the sandwich. I ordered the pork bbq plate. The pork was dry as a bone. My sides were mac n cheese (just ok) and potato salad (no taste). My sister's mac n cheese side looked nothing like mine, even worse - dry and looked like it was reheated 5 times. I saw other reviews that raved, but this was not just okay food, you would really have to work at making it this bad. I don't know what would have made it this bad since other reviews said it was good/great?

Food was not edible, meat was burnt and in chunks, slaw was soured and Mac and cheese was one big blob! Paid $32.00 for food that wasn’t edible! Plus gave waitress a $10 tip on a to go order. Ridiculous, plus unable to reach by phone. Cindy Golden

Just happened upon this place when passing through from Athens. The staff was very friendly and helpful even though they were short handed. I’ve had better ribs but I was there around closing time. But I will say that the sauce was outstanding and the Mac and cheese was probably the best I’ve ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend if you are close by.

My Wife and I stopped by after leaving the outlets. Our waiter was very nice. The food was horrible. First off I have cooked many a rib and chicken on the grill. The only thing that was good were the fried skins and our beverage. I ordered pulled pork with chicken. My Wife ordered ribs and chicken. When they brought our food out it didn't even smell like it had came off the grill. The chicken was boiled and baked. My pulled pork had no flavor. My Wife's ribs were burnt and when she asked for a replacement those were burnt too. The mac and cheese tasted like they used government cheese. The collard greens tasted like Glory greens from a can with too much hot pepper to hide the glory greens flavor. We will not be coming back there. We try to give places a try but this usually happens. I will post a picture of my ribs to show you folks how it's done.
