Someone please explain to me how this place stays in business. We thought it would give one more shot WORST SERVICE EVER!! They might as well turn this into a self serve restaurant You would do better writing your order down Going back giving it to the kitchen then fill your drinks Before you get any service from the waitstaff there!!

Chicken sandwich was so good!! Fries were not fresh and a bit dry. Ranch dressing for the salad is not the typical BBQ restaurant ranch, it's more like thick Kraft. When I think of ranch at a BBQ or steak house I think of that thin homemade dressing.

Food is almost always good, service is friendly if a little slow.
So my family lives in SC. My daughter wanted onion rings and we had eaten there when we lived in Maysville a lot and took her there for some. As we were standing near the cashier, a lady with black hair said out loud to a waitress, oh they are regulars and get special treatment here, and that means we take care of them first. This is a very unprofessional attitude to have because EVERYONE should be treated fairly no matter how many times they show to eat there. This is very very unethical!

Went there for the first time and it will be the only time! Started off well, with a friendly greeting, but we waited 50 min to get our food! Everyone else who came in after us got their food and were done eating before ours came, only after I had to ask where it was. I asked for a little extra crispy fish and it was burnt, so it went back! Fortunately we didn't have to pay for that plate. Apologies were given but at that point, we were too disappointed. On top of that, it is freezing cold in there!

The past two times my mother went there. She ordered a hamburger with no bun and all the fixings and it was so hard she could hardly cut it. Gave her a tiny cup of onions and tiny cup of slaw. No condiments. My niece had chicken tenders so hard you could hit them on the table and it not break. When she's called to speak to manager she's told they're not there and hung up on. Called again and was told the manager was busy. Spent over $70 and told them how the food was and basically was told oh I'm sorry that's too bad.
Please do better Hucks considering how long yall have been there it's pure disappointment.
