My sister and I enjoyed brunch at the Ihop Commerce location. We were in the area on a Sunday afternoon shopping trip at the Tanger Outlets shopping center. We had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The meal was also great. Great food, but small portions and very priceyParking: Plenty of parking but coming in with a trailer may pose some challenge
The food was great as usual but it was extremely busy and seemed to be severely understaffed. Yea just way too many people. The new menu items are awesome tho!!
The waitresses were great. Food was good. We didn't have to wait long to be waited on and food came out quickly.

Second time here. Even with next to no one in the restaurant its damn near impossible to get seated.waited 10 minutes to be seated, had 6 employees make eye contact with us....And honestly after waiting an excessive amount of time for food was wondering if I needed to go cook it

I was over charged for a quick 2 egg meal. I observed white customers receiving nicely portioned hashbrowns while mine were bare minimum flat/burnt. I felt as if I walked into a meth lab as it took 5 minutes to be seated at a dirty table. Never again.
Very friendly server. Food was to be expected. Feel bad for the employees. I ordered sausage and got bacon. Server had to prove to management that I was willing to give the bacon back for me to get my sausage but since it had already came to the table brought it back after showing the manager. Wich I found strange.

Was slow when I arrived. I'm talking like 2-3 other tables only. Got sat and my drink right away. Ordered two eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast meal. I asked to add 2 buttermilk pancakes as well. Food came out without pancakes. I mentioned they were missing and he came back with a stack of 5 pancakes. Accuracy needs work to say the least. Toast also with no butter. Employees sitting around on their phones and such. No very professional either. This place needs work.

If I could give zero stars I would. If there had of been room anywhere to eat on a Sunday with my family I would have went. I don’t know why they put a ihop on banks crossing, the employees are rude and act like doing their jobs is just to much, and management just stays there like if he moves his legs are going to fall off. Worst place ever food was horrible and service sucked. It took one young girl four times walking by to for her to finally ask if we had been taken care of. Not even in her section. When I asked her if she was the only one here then two young others popped out of no where.
