Went in banks crossing commerce GA location and little over an hour b4 closing and the employee was walking to thier vehicle with 6 to 8 boxes of doughnuts. Then came back inside, the said all of the doughnuts were out except regular ones. There was only 3 dozen regular left. Hot fresh sign was on... the 3 dozen was in a warmer ..... had already closed register down also.

Customer service absolutely awful, acting manager rude and I can tell was not trained properly. I consider this to be a cooperation problem. I hope you guys can correct your lack of customer service techniques. Its a shame a staple southern business conducts business this way.🤬

First thing I noticed was the pleasant way customers welcomed. Then the bathroom had a chair in the corner for a place to set whatever you are carrying. The cashier was super friendly as well.
