To be honest I haven’t eaten at Krystal’s very much in recent years even though it has always been a favorite . This is because the store where I used to live started serving old food … and a Krystal need to be hot and fresh. I have eaten at the Commerce store 3 times now and each time the burgers and fries have been piping hot , fresh and delicious ! To anyone who loves the crave-worthy taste of Krystal burgers , this is a good one !

We always have to stop at Krystals on our way home from Atlanta. Tonight there were two workers, a gentleman and a woman, and they were both pleasant, patient, and quick! Our food was hot and fresh. Looking forward to our next ride through!!

STORE DOESN'T ACTUALLY OPEN UNTIL 8 am. Had me waiting for almost 3 hours and would not allow me to cancel be cause they were “preparing the order” but no ones was even there.

I would give it zero stars if it would allow me to still make a comment. The burgers was ice cold no condiments made it on the burgers. Super greasy and just plain out disgusting. Order a freezy and only filled cup up half way (ordered a large) so practically paid for a large and maybe got a medium. So disappointing was looking forward to Krystal’s. Will never go back the best thing they can do is shut this place down or better crew! UPDATE: Manger I’m assuming called me and gave us our meal again and was definitely better! Was warm and on check. Thank you to the day shift crew for the great meal I was so wanting last night!
Bought a bag of 12, didn't taste right. Threw them all away, wouldn't even give them to my dogs. Fries were good.

The food was horrible. The Krystals were soggy and overcooked. The drinks didn't taste right either. The ladies restroom didn't lock, they had a sign to tell you not to lock it or you would get stuck inside. Not to mention that it was filthy.
