The food wasn't fresh everything was cold except for my daughter's cause she got the bacon cheese Krystals we saw the steam coming up from hers and mine and my husband's Krystals wasn't good they were cold even the fries. They went diwn hill from the last time went. The ladies bathroom was leaking had water all over the floor just NASTY. We will go somewhere else before we go back there. Needs to be remodeled.

First off drink machine was out of order. Had to wait after driving 4 hours. Thirsting to death ☠️ and I had to wait for soda from the back after the cashier waiting on a family that couldn't make up their minds on what to have. Finally when I got my drink 30 mins later and food another 10 mins. The Bacon was burnt to the point it crumbled out my burger 🍔 on to the table and floor. I always loved kistal but after craving it for almost ten years since where I live is a small town and has just the major fast food McDonald's and Burger 🍔 King 👑 I can honestly say I wont be craving Kistal burgers again. It left a bad taste in my mouth that won't go away ever.... Plus being a diabetic didn't help matters any. All I wanted was something to drink and food.
