Only a few minutes wait to get seated. Good service and good food on a busy night! The server was always close by, but not too close. Never rushed. Got the check fast and out of there!

We didn't stay because they had no iced tea. Plus I HATE eating on disposable dishes. I understand they were under a boil water advisory, but I didn't want to spend $50+ dollars and not get what I wanted.

I love LongHorn. I've never gotten a bad steak there. Great service on a busy Sunday with the after church crowd. If you haven't tried the spinach dip you are missing out.

Didn't eat there, but did interview. Had quite a strange interview with a manager who said he used to be a cop, so it was more like an interrogation than an interview. Asked me strange questions like why I moved back to Ga to live with my mom instead of moving my mom to NC where I was living. Kept saying things like I'm not going to come in there and take people's shifts from them because I have open availability and experience, when I am looking for a part time job because Im a full time student. Seemed VERY interested in my current job with a large company, like he was interested in MY job, said he would only go as mgmt (they would NEVER hire him to be a manager). Tried to explain a computer system to me, when I'm in school for IT, and he was not even close to right. Didn't really ask me anything about my 15 years service experience, except 3 basic questions about specific customers, when I've been out of the service industry for 2 years, then tried to insinuate I was lying about having experience when I needed a second to think of an example. Needless to say, I was not offered the job from the angry police man. Just an FYI for anyone who may be interested in interviewing. Be prepared to be talked to condescendingly just for applying.

2 out of 4 steaks were overcooked, the cowboy ribeye and the T-bone. The replacements were OK. The cowboy ribeye I ordered was full of fat and gristle. The waitress was nice. The manager claimed the bad one were for another table? Needless to say will not be returning. The only real apology came from waitress. Never again!
Good food, good atmosphere but the service needs work. We sat and waited after we were done eating for approx 30 minutes to get the check. She wasn't an attentive waitress. I got the distinct feeling she totally forgot that we were there. To be fair it was closing time but it looks like they'd want us to finish up asap. She got busy with sidework and ignored us.

These folks have the best salads! Crispy and delicious! Steaks are always great - great flavor. We always order our steaks a little more done as they have a tendency to go rarer in preparation.
