This is the first time I have been to an outback in over 10 years. Food is ok. Not really worth the price. The staff was great. Food came out in a timely manner.

The waitress was good.

Food service HORRIBLE!!
Server brings salad out with no salad dressing.
After eating appetizers, we waited OVER thirty-five minutes for main entree. I asked to speak to the manager. About 5 mins after that, manager comes out with our food. I told her we didn't want it. She asked if I wanted it boxed up to go. I told her, no and I was not paying for it (chicken and a burger). I would pay for appetizers and salad. She said thats ok. I didn't have to pay for it. There was no apology for the inconvenience. There were customers who came in after us, received their food and was leaving out the door when we left. Customer told me, she told her husband that we hadn't received our food and they came in after us.
I will never go to that outback in Commerce, GA.

Very strange location. Felt like we were in a ghost town. Waitress was very friendly, but we had to wait a long time until we got our main course. Food was not hot.

Bartender was more concerned with her friends than service. Food was subpar compared to other outback locations

I went there yesterday after church for lunch with church family. Meredith was our server. She was very pleasant & kept a check on us the whole time we were there to see if we needed anything.

The family and I ventured to the distant outback, faught off flat tires and pot holes, for some steak and shrimp experience. The food was lackluster, other than the sirloin. They were perfectly cooked (not my preferred cut but seriously great job cooking). The salad I had was very over dressed with salad dressing, which was taken care of by the star of our experience, Meredith! She saved our experience, made troubles disappear and the wait for food seem to fade. Hate to say that I'm doubtful we will return as the beauty of the food has faded but with customer support like that it really helps the medicine go down. Sorry commerce outback. Just telling ya how it was.

3 course special with 6oz sirloin was 17.99 not 14.99 as advertised. Either tell me up front or stop false advertisements.

i had high hopes for outback steakhouse, like i usually do in Commerce. it was beyond disappointing. The only good thing was getting sat down fast. It started out with the server having an attitude, taking her time coming to the table, coming back every 15 minutes or so. The bread was cold, the onion was hard and overcooked, one of my family members had to grab the container of tea just to refill it. i expected so much better, my family of 8 came in and we spent $227 on food and dessert and it was poor. For what i paid, the dessert was the best thing we got. I hope for better next time.

The worst experience I have had in an Outback restaurant. 2 hours spent there and didn’t get to eat. Had to wait for 10-15 minutes for a waitress shift change when the restaurant was almost empty. We ordered drinks and an appetizer and everything was good until then. We waited about an hour for two chimichurry steak plates and a sirloin plate only to receive them both cold. Mind you, the place was not busy nor full since it was about 4pm. We called our server and let her know our steaks were cold and she said she will have them cooked again only to wait about another 20-30 minutes for nothing… everyone around us got their orders but we didn’t. No manager came to see us or help us get our food faster. The person eating the sirloin at out table finished eating and our plates didn’t come. We decided to leave since we had to drive 2 hours back home. We got up from the table and were looking for the waitress and she came with the two plates but it was too late we were ready to leave. We paid for the sirloin, the appetizer and a drink and left. Never eating at this restaurant again.
