Tried to place an order on line to PICK UP and it wouldn't let me unless I LEFT A TIP!! On a carry put order. Couldn't choose CASH because i needed to pick it up after work. I would rather you just raise your price then expeck a tip on a carry put order.

Dry tasteless crust/bread, no taste whatsoever, toppings and cheese practically non existent. Literally had to put it in the oven with some seasoning and oil to bring the pizza to life the second I got home. Waste of money and time.

I Ordered delivery and I live 5 minutes away. Received a ping that my order was on the way. 45 minutes later still not here. Called and talked to the manager twice and was hung up on and told that is just how they do it. My order has been in transit for 45 minutes and he refuses to discuss a refund if the quality of the food isn't good. that is just how it is done there.
Once I arrived to pick up my phone order, I realized misinformation was provided from the call center when I placed my order. I was told that BBQ chicken pizza was not available but the young man working the counter told me that was inaccurate and I could always order it. He offered to make the BBQ Chicken pizza on the house and add it to my order even though he was just making pizzas, managing staff, answering phone calls, and helping walk in customers. He was great.

2-28-25: My fiance ordered 6 pizzas and an order of cheese bread. The cheese bread was burnt and the pizzas looked like they were thrown in the boxes. The dough was not pressed very well which caused air pockets throughout the pizza. The pizzas had very little ingredients on the top of the pizza. We were very unsatisfied with our order. I will not recommend Papa John's to any of my friends or family. 🤬
