I like Papa John's, They have a clean atmosphere, the service was great and the pizza was hot, full of flavors, ahh so gooood! I recommend them!

I Ordered delivery and I live 5 minutes away. Received a ping that my order was on the way. 45 minutes later still not here. Called and talked to the manager twice and was hung up on and told that is just how they do it. My order has been in transit for 45 minutes and he refuses to discuss a refund if the quality of the food isn't good. that is just how it is done there.

Once I arrived to pick up my phone order, I realized misinformation was provided from the call center when I placed my order. I was told that BBQ chicken pizza was not available but the young man working the counter told me that was inaccurate and I could always order it. He offered to make the BBQ Chicken pizza on the house and add it to my order even though he was just making pizzas, managing staff, answering phone calls, and helping walk in customers. He was great.

2-28-25: My fiance ordered 6 pizzas and an order of cheese bread. The cheese bread was burnt and the pizzas looked like they were thrown in the boxes. The dough was not pressed very well which caused air pockets throughout the pizza. The pizzas had very little ingredients on the top of the pizza. We were very unsatisfied with our order. I will not recommend Papa John's to any of my friends or family. 🤬

What we ordered was not what we got. Called and spoke with the manager who basically told us we were shit out of luck. We’ll be ordering from Domino’s from now on. We usually order Papa John’s a couple of times a week and this was the first screw up. The response from the manager is why we’ll not be continuing to order from this location.

I came in and ordered a couple pizzas and the service was great and and I asked the young man that helped me he said his name was Carlos Blanco he was a very polite and mannered young man.
Used to avoid this place when it first opened, but now it's great, time and time again. They also deliver to Carnesville!

Asked for a half veggie half pepperoni… got 3/4 pepperoni and 1/4 veggie. Not even that mad at that part, but the wings were the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. They were basically chicken nuggets from a frozen tv dinner with bbq sauce dumped on them. They weren’t even shaken so that they were coated when I received them. Overall throwing them away and would not recommend.

Horrible pizza quality. All the toppings were just right in the middle by the handful, 3/4s of the pizza was just cheese. Tried to pick up a slice and all the toppings just fell off. Laziest pizza and lowest quality I've seen in a while. The local gas stations do better.

The food is good, but the prices are so inflated it makes it hard for me to order from here. There is no atmosphere to the store because it's basically a pick up and delivery location. I wish the pizza size was a little bigger. The larges seem way too small compared to other pizza chains. I will say that if I'm not buying I'll choose PJ over Dom or even "The Hut".
