Update drove over for a date with husband and this site is permanently closed now. Wish we had known before driving an hour. It is one of my favorite places to eat because of their salad bar. Please don't close them all!!!

Ruby Tuesday put a gluten free choice on the menu for burgers etc. And today I ordered a burger gluten free, for my daughter she is a celiac, and the burger came with onion rings in it, the rings have gluten, so my daughter couldn't eat her burger. Then, the people forgot a whole burger, and I was charged for it. The food was poorly made, and wasn't worth paying for.

The service to day was terrible. The food was cold, the ranch dressing was watered down, and the server was pleasant. I did not want to leave gratuity, but I left a little something something. Maybe they were short handed today; if so at least smile.

Was there an hour with my family and never got our food. There were two parties that came in after us and got their food. I think our waitress forgot to submit our order. After an hour wait she comes to us and say, I’m sorry to inform you but we are out of ribs. So you’re out of ribs but the table beside us that came in after us just got served ribs. Very bad service! If you forgot to submit to the order, it would have been better to just say that. When I ask to speak to a manager, the manager never came to our table. Like I said, very bad service!!!

I love ruby Tuesday and get the same thing everytime we go. However this time I order the same thing I always do and it comes completely different. I was glad that I filled up my stomach with the salad bar.

I enjoyed the endless salad bar, but was disappointed there was no grilled chicken as an option. My husband got the half rack of ribs and they were dry and very little meat on the bones. This restaurant looks very old inside and in need of an update or remodel.

not after tonight!!! I am really disappointed in the service!!! including the manager!! got my food with no fries!!! really going to think about back after tonight!!! never have complain before but tonight broke the camel's back!!! only 1 refill on my tea and I had to ask for that. we was not the only ones there complaining either. i don't mind paying for what i get but it was not worth what i paid tonight. i also did something i have never done before. i left .01 for a tip but she was not even worth that. i did pay full amount on the food which i didn't even eat the fries cause i had already ate my burger!!

The food wasn't bad tonight, salad bar was great but our waitress was horrible! It wasn't that busy & she didn't ask if we needed drink refills, didn't give straws, someone else brought our food out, a sauce we requested didn't come out, we had to ask for our check, someone else finally came & picked our check up after the waitress walked by it several times and FINALLY she brought back our change after waiting 20+ minutes. Nope!
Good food and drinks. Great service form Amanda! Smooth and tasty Ruby Relaxer, Blue Moon on tap. Great Fajitas. We will go again.

Its really sad that this location is going down hill so fast. Extremely short staffed, wait times to place your order is almost unreasonable. The staff that was there where friendly and as fast as they could be considering they had so many customers. Food takes FOREVER to come out, appetizer was like warm. They either need to hire some folks or just shut down. Stars should really be a 1 but because the staff can't help they are short they get 3. I do eat here often and have noticed a slow decline. Probably won't be back which sucks because I love the salad bar.
