When there for the first time and they messed up our order then charged us twice we will probably just stick to McDonalds coffee from now on

This is my first time reviewing a place ever but Scooters deserves this no question. Every time I’ve been in those location the manager and staff have always been super kind, taken the time to explain various drinks and food, make recommendations, and the service is lightning fast! If you want to start your day right, you can’t go wrong stopping by Scooters.

Very nice customer service. Drinks and food were amazing. I ordered online and my husband went inside and picked it up. Even though I ordered ahead they made sure or food was fresh and coffee/smoothie was perfect. I am so happy to have Scooters in my community. Get the app it is user friendly and earn rewards.

We ordered a coffee and asked for no sugar. It ended up having sugar. My daughter aslo got a hot coffee and she wanted cold. We understand being a new place and trying to adjust. Praying it works out for yiu all.
