I went there Thursday 1/11 to take part in the BOGO Grande drink advertised on the app. The cashier ignored me until she was ready to take my order once a line of people filed in behind me. She told me her location didnt take part in the promotions on the app. I decided to leave.

Consistently incompetent employees. Workers get confused by the simplest of orders. In desperate need of order ahead on the app. Drinks are good though.

My girlfriend went in here about 20 minutes ago for two Carmel macchiatos. One woman took the order and then the other two workers (who are suppose to be fixing her coffee) continued to socialize and talk with each other and one other non employee. This continued for over three minutes as my girlfriend became more and more upset. She eventually had to say to the girl who took the order “are you going to get started on my order soon?” At that point the girl started working on her order because the other two employees kept socializing and not working. This will be the very last time we ever order here.

i stood in line for about 20 minutes. there were four people in front of me. and then?? the people behind me got both of their drinks before me?the person calling out drinks didnt say the customer's names. just said "cold brew". then whats the point of giving you my name ? what if its not *my* cold brew ? this information is important to those with allergies... when asked if it for "David", the reply i got was "its a cold brew" and a nasty face.low quality customer service for price.

I love Starbucks, but is a bommer the you can't not use your Starbucks cups to get discounts. Which other places do. Starbucks should think about the environment more. We had enough trash around the world already. One change means a lot.

The two younger guys that work at this location are awesome! One has glasses and the other wears a chain, wish I could call them out by name. Good customer service, fast and efficient!
