I tried to order a wrap for my daughter and they tried to convince me a flatbread was a wrap. I ordered something different, no big deal.
Bit then I ordered myself a 6" tuna on Italian herb and cheese bread. The bread was extremely underdone, and the tune smelled rotten. I mean I opened my sandwich and gagged audibly. I threw it a way, and will probably never go there again. 🤢

Jeanette was amazing!!! Me and my hubby went to grab a sandwich and she demonstrated outstanding customer service!!! Both sandwiches were so good!!!! Order through the app Husband went to go pick it up right at home. Everything was messed up. There was no lettuce no mayonnaise. Regular mustard on both sandwiches was supposed to have honey mustard on it and a lot of other stuff was messed up. They were gross like they were throw together and try calling him whether or not put the clothes until 10 o’clock. The phone was off the hook.

Dude that made my sandwich was extremely rude. Out of almost everything. He was also speaking another language to another girl that was working and i can only assume it was not good whatever they said because she was laughing and looking at me the entire time. Used to love this place but the service will keep me away for a while. Go to the one down the street near chickfila unless you want to be treated like trash.

Multiple tables were dirty while we looked for a place to sit. They weren't busy so they had time to clean them. The "sandwich artist" had earpods in the whole time I was ordering and I had to repeat myself several times during the order because he could not hear me. Neither employee was wearing a nametag. The food is just like any other Subway. The service is not.Every other Subway I have gone to in this area lets me get extra cucumbers on the side for my sons sandwich. They won't let you here. Go to downtown Commerce, or downtown Jefferson if you want actual customer service.
