Dude that made my sandwich was extremely rude. Out of almost everything. He was also speaking another language to another girl that was working and i can only assume it was not good whatever they said because she was laughing and looking at me the entire time. Used to love this place but the service will keep me away for a while. Go to the one down the street near chickfila unless you want to be treated like trash.

The two workers were incredibly rude and short with my friend and I. One asked me what I needed and when I responded he rudely told me to give him a minute. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway.

Multiple tables were dirty while we looked for a place to sit. They weren't busy so they had time to clean them. The "sandwich artist" had earpods in the whole time I was ordering and I had to repeat myself several times during the order because he could not hear me. Neither employee was wearing a nametag. The food is just like any other Subway. The service is not.Every other Subway I have gone to in this area lets me get extra cucumbers on the side for my sons sandwich. They won't let you here. Go to downtown Commerce, or downtown Jefferson if you want actual customer service.

I came into the store not knowing they was close all because the lady that was making my sandwich didn’t tell they was close. They so call night manger came in yell WE CLOSE!!!! Then she keep saying small things then I told her she need to learn customer service then some more words was said. Then she took my sandwich and threw it into the trash. Then I went off because that’s was giving me racist vibes. But I call back up there n the day manger seems like she didnt care how she care herself. But overall experience is a negative 10. I wouldn’t recommend this place for my dog to eat at

Was in to get a sandwich today at the Subway in Walmart in Commerce, Ga. There was only one young lady trying to do everything. Customers were steady coming in and she was working as hard and fast she could go. I was in there for about 45 mins eating. She NEVER got irritated with the customers. She had a smile on her face and was polite to everyone. Some asked her if she had any help. She answered no, that she was the only one there…..but never missed a beat taking and filling orders. She is a treasure! Someone better work hard to keep her.
