this might be god’s taco bell. when i get a burrito from this specific taco bell i know im talking to angels. the staff here surpasses the expectations of your typical fast food experience. sober or twenty two beers deep THIS TACO BELL i know will still hit.

If I could give no stars I would worst customer service I order my stuff online in Taco Bell but before I did I talk to the person at the register to c if an item is available he said no it’s an online item so I told him I’ll order online I sat there and waited everyone coming in and going out with there food who came in after me that’s was a little over 30 mins so I finally went up and ask they had my food behind the counter and didn’t even call my name … Horribly

The food...it's Taco Bell. The kids that were running the drive through were helpful and entertaining. The need to have REAL sweet if they are going to have Pepsi.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The people who work there are so unbelievably rude. They sigh when you ask for sauce, they interrupt you and are just flat out rude. Also I second that one person with the burnt chicken fingers. That one girl, idk if she's still there, smells bad :/

I wanted to like this place it was very nicely decorated the service was good as well as the ambience what I didnt like was how nasty the bathroom was with feces on the toilet and that was the only one to use . We ordered 2 diffrent beverages they didnt tell us which one was which and my boyfriend ordered one other tarts I forget which but it just wasnt good. I would not come back.

First off, keep the chili cheese burritos on the menu permanently! It's too easy to make to be a money pit. For that, I ordered a few with excitement. After enjoying a few bites into my second one, I bit into some lettuce. Not ready for a texture while eating triggers my gag reflex and turns my appetite south. I just wished they used a little more care into keeping things separated to not have unexpected surprises in your food. I now find myself opening up my food to make sure, as much as possible, there's no crunchy tidbits hiding in my lunch. The rest of it however was amazing and want them to stick around. I hope they do.

I had ordered a crunch wrap supreme, a cheesy fiesta potato, two beefy five layer burritos, no beans, extra cheddar cheese and grilled and four beef soft taco Supremes when the manager Whisper was making my order I could clearly see that she was putting no meat on it. It looked like meat juice or maybe a couple little meat. She also had a shitty attitude and horrible customer service. She said that that is how they are trained to make their food if you pay the amount of money that I paid which was $34 and some change would you be OK with this? You are ripping people off and your manager is very rude. They also move like snails. It took way too long for them to prepare my food. It’s supposed to be fast food. I would like a refund or my order to be replaced.

DO NOT GO TO TACO BELL IN COMMERCE GA. I waited at the call box got ignored so I pulled up to the window to still get ignored for about 15min before anyone even came to the window while I watched one girl on her phone walking around and the other lady talk to another worker.
I made a mobil order online and it took 36min to have my food ready. My drink was wrong and my chicken fingers were small and burnt! The two girls that worked on 9/2 after 2:30pm one possible hispanic with separated teeth was very rude and gave me an attitude when I asked why is it it taking so long if I order through the app she rolled her eyes I asked for the manager which another girl comes to the window with greasy colored hair and has a body odor proceeds to give attitude asking me if I know anyone who would like to work bc they have not enough workers. I asked for both of their names. Then they closed the window and the Hispanic flicked me off through the window. Honestly I don’t expect a lot from workers at a fast food place but Taco Bell needs to do better and get in people that have customer service and make sure their hygiene is decent.

20+ minute wait for a $5 luxe box. Counters were sticky and staff blatantly ignored the lobby for at least 15-20 minutes. One couple had waited for 30 minutes for their food
