I had ordered a crunch wrap supreme, a cheesy fiesta potato, two beefy five layer burritos, no beans, extra cheddar cheese and grilled and four beef soft taco Supremes when the manager Whisper was making my order I could clearly see that she was putting no meat on it. It looked like meat juice or maybe a couple little meat. She also had a shitty attitude and horrible customer service. She said that that is how they are trained to make their food if you pay the amount of money that I paid which was $34 and some change would you be OK with this? You are ripping people off and your manager is very rude. They also move like snails. It took way too long for them to prepare my food. It’s supposed to be fast food. I would like a refund or my order to be replaced.

DO NOT GO TO TACO BELL IN COMMERCE GA. I waited at the call box got ignored so I pulled up to the window to still get ignored for about 15min before anyone even came to the window while I watched one girl on her phone walking around and the other lady talk to another worker. I made a mobil order online and it took 36min to have my food ready. My drink was wrong and my chicken fingers were small and burnt! The two girls that worked on 9/2 after 2:30pm one possible hispanic with separated teeth was very rude and gave me an attitude when I asked why is it it taking so long if I order through the app she rolled her eyes I asked for the manager which another girl comes to the window with greasy colored hair and has a body odor proceeds to give attitude asking me if I know anyone who would like to work bc they have not enough workers. I asked for both of their names. Then they closed the window and the Hispanic flicked me off through the window. Honestly I don’t expect a lot from workers at a fast food place but Taco Bell needs to do better and get in people that have customer service and make sure their hygiene is decent.

Customer service was terrible. I asked for a large baja blast instead of the freeze and he gave me TWO REGULAR baja blast freezes instead. they also forgot our sauce after asking what sauces I wanted TWICE. i would give negative stars if i could. don’t come here ever.

why would I get the app to make a mobile order, just for them to let me not get to the drive thru. Taco bell i am disappointed in the long wait times just to be missing sauce and to be served with a sour attitude! Completely unprofessional. If a mobile order is simple, prioritize the simple orders. When is the city of commerce going to step in?!?!?!?

We had separate orders, on separate tabs. Drive-thru woman didn’t ask which card was for which order. Quesadilla wasn’t grilled and got no guac with it. This was at 11pm.
What a miserable group of people. If you want to get yelled at for asking for anything go there. And if they aren’t being ugly to you stay for five minutes and watch someone else be highly offended by their behavior. It’s the only guarantee at this location.

In the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes. The lady at the window was mad and upset slinging condiments in the bag and slinging the bags around. Got home and the food was awful. Taco supreme shells fell apart. The chicken and cheese melts were spicy, you should list that on the menu. The taco cheese fries were terrible. The only thing we ate out of all the food we had was the nachos Bellgrande and it sucked. The meat went straight into the trash can. What a waste. Review you videos. I sure everyone in the drive thru were mad.

This Taco Bell can’t get orders right for anything! Wrong order every time I’ve gone here! How hard is it to get no cheese wrong 6 times on hard tacos? I will never go here again! They skimp on meat and toppings too. Taco Bell also doesn’t want to compensate for wrong orders. I’ve lived by here for 5 years and NEVER had a correct order from this location! Do better Taco Bell.

We ordered 2- $7 luxe boxes and a chalupa combo. 3 of 4 of the chalupas was soggy. One of the burritos wasn't supposed to have sour cream and did. All three tacos had watered down beef. When we came back to have the order replaced the manager Nicole had and attitude and wouldn't listen to us so she had to remake one of the 7$ luxe boxes again.
